“It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond anymore and CARSTAR in Bancroft certainly did! I was incredibly impressed by everyone's work ethic, professionalism and integrity, especially Tracy and Kevin who were so kind to my son and I! CARSTAR was the only easy thing about the insurance claims on my car. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly and not only did they repair my vehicle well, but they cleaned the inside and outside of my car: what an unexpected, over the top bonus! I 100% recommend CARSTAR in Bancroft, you will not be disappointed!”

“I’ve had to go in to order parts for my new (older) RAM the past few months and also get a key cylinder set up for my tailgate. The staff have been very helpful in getting my parts to Me asap. Peter in the parts dept has gone over and above in getting me set up. It’s very appreciated. The prices are very good too. Would highly recommend Vance ( and Peter) for your parts needs.”
