We have been using Kelly,s service in Bancroft for 20 years and now we can conclude that 20 years ago we made the right choice. Over that long period we did not have single complaint or comment about the service and the people who make that service. Even in the most difficult winter period when the service workers are very busy, turning to the Bancroft office to these professional. very polite women like Heather.Hayley.Diana they try and do everuthing possible and imposssible in the interest of clients. Thank you very much for your excellent work With all our hearts, we wish you all good health. personal happiness and to carry out your work as you are doing now. We have been with Kelly’s for 3 years now. We recently had a tank installed at our garage and Kelly’s made the process very easy. The process was quick and any questions I had were dealt with. Also, any time I have to call the receptionists who answer the phone are always very friendly, polite and helpful.

Kelly's Fuels delivered UNLAWULLY propane to my expired tank for nearly EIGHT YEARS.They claimed their drivers are NOT qualified to check the expiry date on the tank which is a complete LIE.This is required by LAW

We have been with Kelly's now for 2.5 years and are very satisfied with their professional, friendly accommodating service. We needed some new service work done so we called the office spoke Heather she passed our information onto to Scott.Scott not only called us back promptly, but he also attended our home on a Friday afternoon after just having dental surgery.We then heard from Sara who had already booked our service appointment for the next week.Sam was the technician who did the work for us, he was awesome, very polite and knowledgeable.Kelly's is very lucky to have such a professional team!We would highly recommend Kelly's everyone!Thanks so much!

I am a new customer to Kelly's Propane. I was there the day they put the new tank in at my cottage. The technician , Sam, was just an exceptional young man! Well spoken, polite--just couldn't do enough for us--a real pleasure to deal with Kelly's already! Keep up the good work!

Quick comment on Kelly's Bancroft . As an owner of a couple properties, I have had other companies contact me to be a supplier; citing lower prices etc.,. I stayed with Kelly's. They always show up, through storms, when generators are being put in, extra tanks required etc. Whatever the situation, they are always there. The girls in the front office, have always done their job in a professional and prompt manner. Can't say a bad word.Yes...highly recommended.

I have had such a great experience with Kelly's fuels in Bancroft, Ontario. I had many places that deliver oil for the furnace to choose from. Hands down my choice was Kelly's fuels and I made the right choice. Customer service (I dealt with Haley) was superb...timely, efficient and she is so knowledgeable that she was able to answer all my questions without referring to someone else. My situation was a little complicated, but she dealt professionally with me and all parties concerned. Reliable service and delivery with fuel. Can't ask for any more. I made the right choice going with Kelly Fuels!!
