The rollator was fantastic and they found me a basket for it. The price? Very affordable. Thank you for making my weekend!”

“I'm genuinely shocked by these negative reviews. My experience is that this has always been the best pharmacy in the Bancroft and Maynooth area. Everyone is lovely. We have lived here for two years, since 2022. Some of the negative reviews don't seem very fair, someone said they were mad a staff member didn't go across the street to give them their meds. Not sure why that's an expectation, geez. Others outraged at seemingly minor negative behaviour from staff. Yea sometimes people have bad days, we are all human. And then even a review where someone wasn't even ever a customer, they just rated one star because they saw other one star reviews?! I'm sorry but that's really messed up and makes no sense at all. If you didn't have an experience with them, why on earth would you leave a negative review? Especially for a small town business where a negative review does much more damage than it does to the Walmarts and the Costcos of the world. That person should be ashamed of themselves.”

“There is generally a line at the checkout but it typically moves well & often if there is only one cashier a 2nd one will open. They have 2 self serve checkouts - but I'm not a fan of those . . .”
