The td bank in bancroft locks the access to the ATMs in everything outside banking hours. Why can they not use debit card access locks on the doir like every other bank in Canada.

I was treated very fairly by teller Jessica Anderson after a return cheque. She was able to reverse charges and make everything Ok. Stellar employee.
