“Just wanted to take some time to publicly thank Dave Ragogna for providing exceptional customer service. We bought a new truck about a year ago and had the truck bed sprayed and a tonneau cover added. Decisions we are glad we made as this has protected the bed from being scratched and kept anything in the truck bed secure and locked out of sight. Recently we have been busy moving house and the truck was used extensively to move furniture and boxes between hoses and storage. During the move I managed to lose both of the locking nuts that kept the tonneau cover in the open position. Not knowing where to get replacements from I decided to go to Line-x to see if they could point me in the right direction. That is where I met Dave. He found the parts I needed and showed me how not to lose them again. All this was carried out with a smile on his face and requiring nothing more than an appreciative thank you. Dave, I am sorry this took so long to do but we have now moved house and settled down and I finally have time to put together this google review. You will be pleased to know that the locking nuts are still intact and I have not managed to lose them again. Keep up the outstanding work.”

Brought my 2024 bronco in after it had a few dents on it from “car washing” accident.
They fixed and paint matched it perfectly looks as good as new and much cheaper than the other 2 quotes I received from local shops. Hopefully I don’t have to visit them anytime soon but will be guaranteeing them to anyone who needs body repair!!

“Great group of people working here. I was stranded with a blown alternator in my motorhome. It's old, no part number only the old one to try to source from.
They found one... turns out to be a marine alternator....who knew?
Next the belt wheel needed to be moved over. I didn't have the tools (24 mm socket). They said they would do it for me while the part was delivered. 1.5 hours later I was back; part was in!
Turns out the wheel was very hard to remove... it was taken to a weld shop, and required a 80 ton press to remove it...wow. amazingly this did not come with any extra charge!!
Great advice on install and just all around very great experience during a trying time.

“My wife and I were driving down to Barrie from Deep River, Ontario, (a four hour drive away in Eastern Ontario) in our fourteen year old converted wheelchair van when we had a 'catastrophic engine failure'. Stuck at the side of the road two hours away from Barrie, my sister highly recommended Pat at Bumper to Bumper, which she has been using for years. CAA was able to tow us there. Chris and Pat's professionalism and empathy made us feel like we were in good hands. Pat was able to determine that our engine was indeed beyond repair, Chris was able to locate a replacement engine in Florida. At the same time they noticed the exhaust system needed repair and dealt with that as well. Within a week and a half, they had the van ready to go at the quoted estimate. I cannot recommend Pat, Chris and Bumper to Bumper Auto Service enough! Thank you.”
“Needed a very particular part for the injection pump of a 1987 machine. They didn’t only had it but also got it to me through mail in record time. Very impressed with the speed and accuracy of their service, from technical support to customer service, it’s so rare this days to find such a quality service. “I am in the insurance business and this is as good as it can get. The hand off from Commonwell Mutual to Fix was seamless and quick. The appointment was arranged quickly. The appraiser went out of his way to make this easy. He even quickly cleaned with some solvent some paint that looked like a scratch off, with 2 minutes effort. Zenotec wanted $5400 including a new door skin and painting the whole side of the vehicle. Absurd! Clearly did not want the business.
Parts were arranged for, appointmentvtime booked. Car dropped off and rental car at shoppers. Job done, Looks great! 5 Stars will recommend friends and clients. Definitely over Zenotech and Assured. We'll done!”

“I ordered a blower motor for my heat, the first one that arrived was defective and broken, they ordered me a new one for the next day and I installed it wrong so it was making a horrible noise. Thinking it was another bad blower I drove to part source and the younger guy with the blonde hair helped me by coming out to the car and actually looking at it! Heat is now fixed!
Wasn’t happy with the first blower being broken was very happy with the customer service I received upon my return.”
