My wife and I were driving down to Barrie from Deep River, Ontario, (a four hour drive away in Eastern Ontario) in our fourteen year old converted wheelchair van when we had a 'catastrophic engine failure'. Stuck at the side of the road two hours away from Barrie, my sister highly recommended Pat at Bumper to Bumper, which she has been using for years. CAA was able to tow us there. Chris and Pat's professionalism and empathy made us feel like we were in good hands. Pat was able to determine that our engine was indeed beyond repair, Chris was able to locate a replacement engine in Florida. At the same time they noticed the exhaust system needed repair and dealt with that as well. Within a week and a half, they had the van ready to go at the quoted estimate. I cannot recommend Pat, Chris and Bumper to Bumper Auto Service enough! Thank you.

July 21, 2025. Had appointment made to diagnose a suspicious noise relating to a muffler sound. They fit me in at 4 pm to have a look. The good news, problem solved and fortunately it was a flex pipe repair. The mechanic was very expedient with the diagnosis and repair. He even replaced the battery in my key fob. Very thorough in observations. It was my first time there and the experience was so positive. Many thanks!

We have always had great experiences with Chris and pat they have always gotten our vehicle in and fixed for us without waiting weeks for an appointment they have very reasonable prices . They recently where able to help us get our 2014 Ram truck fixed and we couldn’t be any more happier with the experience from pat and Chris .They are the most honest and awesome people to deal with.

Great Automotive service shop to work with. Chris is always ready to solve my needs and find the best solutions to my vehicle problems. The technicians are honest, show you the problems, and make sure you understand the repairs. These guys treat everyone with respect and fairly. I've never felt like they have sold me anything I didn't need. Very fair pricing, quick turnaround repairs, and great people to work with. The communication is really good too. Recently Chris went outside of his normal daily routine to help me with an on the fly repair to keep me rolling. Great work guys!

Had my winter tires done here last month, great friendly polite service.
Car was experiencing a shake and this team took the time to clean my wheels the very next day at 7am from all the ice accumulation and inspected my hybrid SUV
