“Called Battery Plus thinking my boat battery was dead....spoke with Neil, whom took the time and explained specific batteries for my need...they recommended a specific battery for my V8 engine....I asked if he would have it charged for when I got there ...Neil said no problem....I happened to bring my old battery with me to see if I could use it as a backup....Neil tested it for me and said that there was no problem with my battery and it was fine....I really appreciated his help with my problem and then figured out it was an engine problem...he could very easily sold me a battery which I didn't need....but didn't....I really appreciated the time he spent with me explaining batteries in series and parallel.....great people to deal with...THANK YOU NEIL”

“Raman is a supervisor that is working tonight. He has been more than helpful and very friendly, clearly explaining what needed to be done on my car. I thought the service here was incredible.”
