Best Barrie Movers was excellent. They were on time and very nice. They were fast workers, considering they had to go up two flights of stairs. They completed the job ahead of schedule. We were informed every step of the way. Our product was delivered fast and at the time agreed upon. Great service.

The moving crew was polite and helpful. They asked where to put the items in the new house. They took care not to scratch the items and were mindful of the ceiling and walls as they moved them around. The phone reps were extremely helpful and made it easy to plan the move. Best Barrie Movers are highly recommended and I would definitely work with them again.

From the initial internet inquiry, scheduling and the actual move, it was a great experience. The two men who loaded and unloaded us, during the beginnings of a blizzard, were fantastic, professional and kind. I recommend using Best Barrie Movers for your next local or rural move.

I would not recommend using this service. I arranged for the movers to arrive at 9am at the pick-up location and they did not show up on time. I called the customer service number repeatedly, and nobody answered for half an hour. I then called another moving company to arrange for a last minute crew to be assembled to perform my move. I had to place a deposit for the second moving company. Barrie movers then showed up an hour late, with no apology. They said, "There must have been a mix-up". I have a confirmation email clearly stating the pick-up time and location. They didn't back up the truck and start working until 10:30 and they charged me for the full hour from 10am. I have tried calling the customer service number since, and they have not answered my calls, nor do they have an answering service. All-in-all this company was totally unprofessional and I would advise using a different company.Services: Local moving

They sent the wrong size truck. Too small. Blamed me. Sent a 2nd truck= more $$. The worst: how they unloaded my things into my 2 storage units. I can’t access anything...couldn’t care less on how to place my things properly. They put a wooden rocking bench on top of a cardboard box which was on a table. Climbing like a monkey to locate my things, still can’t find them. I’m 57. Not easy. I complained to the company. It absolutely doesn’t care. They got their $$$$. After service is non-existent.

I would describe my experience with Best Barrie Movers as great.They were on time and perfectly ready. The two guys were loading the truck while the third one was packing the stuff (after that, he helped loading too). Also, this guys, Oscar, helped us with cleaning our properties and removing the garbage. The other two guys arranged our furniture but before that they put it together. In one word, the guys were very professional and you can tell they are experienced. I would use them, for sure.

I have now used them twice, and on both occasions I found the company easy to deal with and efficient. The men who did the actual move were both competent and pleasant, and completed our moving in a timely and orderly fashion. I would have no problem is recommending Best Barrie Movers or using them myself again in the future.
