Worst experience ever. They made us waited for 90 minutes only to know that it was in Vain. Have gone there 4-5 times but experience was same, WORST. Staff was unproffessional espcially cell phone department , lacked knowledge, made us go from one to other with no purpose. I would highly suggest the management to train their employees on what's called as "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

What a worst experience here. We went there to buy phone and headset and I was trying to use my Fairstone credit card there were no one know how to invoice us for fairstone credit, ended up with Seema (team leader ha ha ) she doesn’t know how to handle with bestbuy system lol seriously she asked us to go one desk to another then another, literally wasted one hour at the customer service and gone home without buying the products. This is the first I’ve ever experienced at bestbuy. Just giving two stars because of the girl who helped us get phone and headset.

I recently visited best buy in order to get a television for my apartment. Initially I was facing some issues on selecting a suitable one, but eventually a staff named Muzz helped me out. I am thinking he is new to the store but he turned out to be really helpful and assisted me really well. For sure, I am to get back there with my cousins and get some electronic stuffs altogether.

Went in to upgrade my phone and check out other carrier options. Amir took care of everything and explained my options and what everything meant fully. Left with a brand new iPhone 15 pro. Extremely satisfied with his customer service.10/10 someone give that man a raise!

Tomorrow, I will be going in for the 3rd time in the past 2 months regarding black screen and glyphing issues with my laptop. The 2nd time I brought it in for repair, they had it for 2 weeks and said "nothing wrong. Here's a new charger". That was 10 days ago, and I got the problems again last night. It has a 3 year warranty and only 13 months old. One of three options will occur: 1) a full data transfer onto a new version of the laptop free of charge. 2) a full data transfer onto a better upgraded model for only a few hundred bucks. Or 3) a full refund. This should not be happening within the first year.

Yesterday I went to the Barrie Best Buy to purchase a laptop for personal use. While the selection was huge I was very fortunate to have Tessa help me distill what I really needed and after a asking a million questions I purchased a Dell. Tessa was extremely patient, professional and added some humor to make the process a pleasure. 5 Star service and sales knowledge! Give her a raise!

Dj was the best!! My family came in around 7 ish as the store closed at 8 because we were all stuck at work late!! But dj ended up helping us and staying an HOUR later then his shift ended. He was so informative and helpful!! Highly recommend this location and associate!!!

I am really very disappointed with my service. I gave my laptop for repairing and instead I got big scratch on my laptop. You guys work with laptops all day and know how could it be resolved. If it’s your mistake you need to give the refund. This is really insane. Worst place to ask for any help.

One of the best setup best buys in Ontario. Although.. shady employees who lie to get a sale. Very disgusted with this place and you can’t even call them you can only call some useless head office line that does nothing. An hour drive there and back just to talk to this place is pathetic.

My MacBook Pro was acting up so I took it to a place in Georgian Mall and said they couldn't help me as my laptop was classified as " obsolete " Took it to Bestbuy and the Geek Squad had it back to normal and updated in 2 days ! Should have taken to Best Buy in the first place. These guys are awesome and very helpful and the service is second to none. Many thanks !!

I have spent over 4k on this place on electronics in the past 2 months I have enjoyed them all except I accidently bought the wrong external harddrive for my ps5 and then trying to return it they said in a nice way they basically said eat it! I did.... 140 bucks wasted unfortunate I went back a second time to buy a psvr2 and after getting vertigo I said I don't like it I'd like to return it they said no... go eat it again ! With no remorse and no explanation before I bought it they said look at the fine print on ur recipet it says it there horrible service horrible policy and I will never be returning again back to Wal mart it is which I didn't wanna go to but unbelievable somehow Walmart has more respect than best buy and best buy is done I hope this helps u not go and shop here

I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing customer service Chris from the Mobile department yesterday. He was helping me solve some issues with my current provider and also gave me sound information on other providers with better rates. Yesterday I have activated two phones and saving money. Thank you for being super patient with me and someone from the managment team please give this employee a raise or at least free lunch :)

Danielle was so helpful today with my mum and I when we came in to purchase a pedestal for our dryer! She went above and beyond to price match and get one put on hold for us at another store. As usual Best Buy has top notch customer service!

Excellent Customer Service ! Jessie and Dillon helped me and my husband in the choice of TV + Sound bar and really took the time to address all our questions. We came twice before making a decision and really appreciated their patience and not being to "pushy" to get a sale. Thank you !
