I wish I got the name of the young girl who helped me because she was amazing. I went there struggling to find jeans that fit right and are flattering to my body. She went above and beyond to help me and after trying on a bunch of pants, I managed to leave there with 4 pairs that I felt good in.

I was at the mall in Barrie, and the store was in the middle of a move . The man said everything is on sale and told me the one wall was 50% off and when I checked out he gave 25% off. My daughter bought the same top fir $14.95 and I paid $21.00. My daughter was on a rush and we had to go, but I won't be back.
The man wouldn't stop talking he was very annoying, a customer in the store said, is it weird I wanted to jam something in his mouth to stop talking and to tell the truth that's what I felt like.

I was looking for some new Jeans yesterday and I was a bit confused but Ethan really helped me out and encouraged me to try on a few pairs, I ended up with 2 new Jeans and plan on returning whenever I might need more! 10/10 thanks Ethan!

I had a very positive experience shopping in store recently. Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience and helped me find exactly what I needed. This was my first time shopping at Bootlegger and I will definitely be back!

Would -10star rating if possible.My daughter purchased a sweater for me as a Christmas present by Dec30th the sleeves were pilling so I went back on Dec 31 was told it could not be returned as it had been worn.If you want poor quality which can only be looked at on hanger SHOP HERE TERRIBLE STORE
