I had a very positive experience shopping in store recently. Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience and helped me find exactly what I needed. This was my first time shopping at Bootlegger and I will definitely be back!

Would -10star rating if possible.My daughter purchased a sweater for me as a Christmas present by Dec30th the sleeves were pilling so I went back on Dec 31 was told it could not be returned as it had been worn.If you want poor quality which can only be looked at on hanger SHOP HERE TERRIBLE STORE

I was in the other day and the store was a mess very unorganized. Every year I spend hundreds of dollars for Christmas staff members at the back socializing not one person offered to help me. Walked Out not likely to spend anything this year in that store very unprofessional and disappointed in Bootlegar this year.

I started shopping at Bootlegger a couple of years ago. I went in wanting to see if anyone had knowledge about a particular pair of Silver jeans that I had bought from Jean Machine, which unfortunately closed down. Christine, knew exactly what I was referencing to and offered choices for me to try on. Ever since that day I would go in to look for her. If she wasn't in I would leave because unfortunately I did not get the same assistance or recommendation from others that worked there. I asked her for her name when I went in again to try jeans on, I walked out with 3 pairs and a bunch of tops to go with them.It is extremely hard to find people these days that actually know their products and especially hard to find someone who can wardrobe you and put together different options. I bought stuff I never would think of buying because of her expertise... she definitely knows her sh!t!! Christine is awesome and I would recommend anyone looking for the perfect fit to go in and look for her, while she is still there. I would hate to ever see her go because she is BOOTLEGGER to me. Thank you Christine for all your help everytime I come in, you are the reason why I have a Jean obsession! Your expertise and knowledge is why I keep coming back and spend lots of $$$. Your awesome, thank you!

Visited this location yesterday. Not sure who the Manager is but what exceptional customer service. Took the time to show me different styles and colours.Introduced me to Flying Monkey jeans but unfortunately didn't have the dark blue. But did walk away very pleased with all my other purchases.

I debated whether writing a bad review or not because I’ve had good customer service in the past. I brought in shorts that I bought in the last month to return. I removed the tags in the car because I loved them so much in the store. I tried them on again when I got home. However on closer observation I noticed the wash of the short on the left side made it look like there was a stain. I brought them back hoping I could exchange them, however I know if the tags have been removed I might not be able to exchange, but thought I would at least try. Yesterday when I came back to the store I was left waiting in front of the register for quite a few minutes with staff just staring at me and not coming to the counter or even saying anything. Finally someone came to me and got the manager to make the exchange. The manager came to the front and was very accusatory, rude and unhelpful. Instead of saying she was unable to exchange it because the tags were removed, which I would have accepted it and moved on from, she seemed to have made up her mind before even looking at them & she started accusing me of wearing the shorts multiple times and that she pays close attention to the washes of the shorts and it would NEVER look like that. Yet when I was trying on different shorts originally, I noticed discolouration on others too. She then said I should have returned them immediately so I’ve been OBVIOUSLY wearing them. Although, I made sure to return them before the return date & explained I am not always in the area but made sure to do it before the necessary date on the receipt, but she continued to be rude. After this experience I would not recommend this store to anyone as no customer should ever be treated so poorly especially since I was very calm and explained my situation respectfully but to still be treated that way is appalling.

I was at bootlegger today and had the pleasure of dealing with Izzy! She was amazing so welcoming and so very helpful not overbearing at all, which drives me crazy lol. Thank you so much for your help Izzy!! I went in to purchase shorts and left with 2 pairs of jeans...but you can always use a new pair of jeans ?

I was very disappointed with the $10 charge for the Bootlegger card. I'm not from the area I'm in Prince Edward Island and we don't have access to a Bootlegger store. I asked the clerk with the very long finger nails that helped me with my purchase if there was a charge for the card and she told me no. Travelling back to PEI I was looking at my receipts I found the $10 charge. On my receipt the cashier # was 75793. We made the purchase at 2:42pm. Transaction # 61335 on June 7.
