I love the products. My only complaint is that you can’t return bed sets if you don’t like them. For me, it was stressful putting that amount of money down without an option to return if we didn’t like the product/Color

I am shaken whilst I write this review. In my entire life, this is for the first time I have had such a pathetic experience at any store. I ordered a lamp online and it was meant to be picked up from the store. This is highly inconvenient. The world is beyond globalisation 2.0 and this stores service lags behind. Anyhow, when I ordered it stated you can pick it up on 26 Nov (I ordered on 24). I have a newborn and I went all the way to pick it up and then what happened was ridiculously poignant. I thought of taking a tour to find more furniture items as we are setting up our new apartment and I politely asked team member there if I could get her help. She raised her brows and replied "I am folding and tying knots (to the runner/blanket whatever it was) i will come after this". I kept standing with an infant and she languidly kept doing what she was. (Everywhere mother with newborns are given priority and you know why right?) When she arrived, it seemed pretty obvious she is not in a mood to answer anything. I asked about a product if that was on sale too and she said "yes! As that is already written on a front tiny board" I asked how much is sale on it and how much would it make after sale. I never knew this is going to bother her so much and she replied "you must have phone, take it out and see for yourself". I was shocked. In past, I have asked this question at the top end brands, everyone is on toes to help kindly. I thanked her and moved on and then I overheard her talking to a white lady very casully about her dog and she was super nice and even asked her if she needs help. This clearly makes her Rascist. What wrong did I do that she was so unwelcoming! My and husband and I changed our minds and thought of not staying in the store for an extra minute. I wont lie, yes I was petrified by her behaviour/ attitude. We moved to the counter and this beautiful young girl with big pretty eyes was polite. She searched for our order but couldn't find. She then called a manager and guess what it was the same woman I was referring to earlier in this post (rude woman). She came and again with such stern tone and face she said your order is still processing your credit card. I said it has cashed the amount and then she asked me to show her the email i have received asking me to pick up my order (rudely). I was confused and I started blabbering on and on (words which made no sense) (I was afraid yes i was) and she obviously couldn't understand what i am trying to ask and she kept asserting herself. Who in earth told me that I will receive an email and then I have to go to store to pick it up? No one. It just mentioned on the e-receipt to pick it up from store on 26th.Her attitude bothered me even after I left the store and later when I had dinner. I went through the reviews and yes there are alot of complaints and bad reviews regarding poor customer service in general and manager's rude behaviour in particular. I am curious why would Bouclair hire such people? And pay no heed to the complaints? They don't want to retain customers or what?I went to Homesense right after this store and I was pleased to see smiling and kind team there. I was compelled to admire them publicly which I did. Bouclair HR dept. Should learn from Homesense team when it comes to hiring!! Human Nature is important than years of (hollow) experience!I have closed all tabs with items that I liked at bouclair and was about to order. Its a NO Forever!!!

My husband just drove 1.5 hrs to return a mirror for me because I am out of the country. The manager at this location was extremely rude to him because he didn't have my credit card (he explained it is with me out of country) even though the item was still in packaging and he had my receipt. She would only issue him a store credit and said "she has until November 17 to bring her card in". Well I'm not able to do that as I will still be away. I think this lack of customer service is disgusting and I will never shop here again, nor will I recommend this store to anyone. There was no consideration for how far he had to drive or securing my future repeat business as a realtor with my own staging inventory. My husband is a very polite man and did not deserve to be treated this way.

Love the merchandise, but the prices are ridiculous. Frankly I don't how it stays in business w HomeSense a stones throw away. HS has the same type of home decor (probably better quality) for way less ? money

Absolutely love this store! Alexis is always so helpful and very efficient. I can go to this store on the weekly basis and always find something... just so beautiful and LOVE that green tea scent wish they would sell the oil in the store.

Purchased a pair of curtains and when I got them home one pair looked like it had been washed and returned because it was faded so I had to return them. The shades that I also got had a hole in it so I was really disappointed with the quality. Staff is not very friendly and the one girl at the counter was standing there playing with her hair.

Taylor was amazing she helped me pick out new window coverings and was a joy. Taylor made suggestions and listened to the customer needs and wants....she made the experience at the store truly delightful and I will return knowing she will provide the best customer service I have experience in a long time.Taylor keep up the great work

The smell of strong perfume in this place is revolting. I could not get out fast enough. No wonder nobody was in there! Can't believe in this day and age that this would be a thing, with all the allergies and sensitivities so many people have. I will never be back.

Hi bouclairInstore experience is great, I love the stuff! Minus the strong smell as I walk in, It’s not for everyone.Online orders is a minus if I could give that rating.I placed a $1200 order for 8 chairs in store. I was told 2-3 weeks delivery. They don’t deliver to homes which is ridiculous. it’s been 3 weeks I didn’t receive information about estimated delivery or an email informing me of a delay, NOTHING. I contacted customer service and when they finally replied they gave no answers but reminded me what I needed to pick up my order in store - government id. Great! Now I’ll I need to rent a truck to pick up 8 chairs from this store because I bought them while I was getting help of someone with a truck to pick them up. The person leaves in 5 days and still no word for delivery or anything.

I order a bunch of stuff online. Never got notified that three items (costing $300+) were not available upon curb side pick up, but I was still charged for everything. I spent 500+ at this store!!! Still waiting for my money back. To boot, the store manager that packed up my order forgot to give me everything I came for and I had to go back to the store. First and LAST time shopping at bouclair. When asked about my purchases at Bouclair by family and friends I simply told them to not waste their time and money shopping here so we spent our money at Leon’s instead. I write vlogs for a living about local shops, this won’t look good for your business.Do better Bouclair, this was very embarrassing on your part.
