Extremely rude staff member , young blonde. Shopped there Sunday April 14 I simply asked if I can exchange shoes that I had just bought last week for a different pair. I got a rude explanation that ended in I'm not risking my job. Never once did I ask that done of you. Then I said I can speak with the other girl working and she followed me to say to the other girl (she's not speaking with me so needs someone to explain) so childish of her and she jumped down the throat while I'm a customer inquiring . Hire more customer friendly staff

I came to return a black pair of heel boots. NEVER WORN besides trying them on in my house. I had the box, the reciept and heels in perfect condition. The sales associate agrees their in perfect condition and begins the return process, then some other girl (long blonde, straight hair, miserable face) who was leaving for the day had decided she wanted to take a closer look. This girl… stood there for over five minutes with her eyeball almost touching the shoes. I thought to offer her a magnifying glass lol. She decided she found an imperfection on the heel (that I absolutely could not see) and told the other associate to not process the return. Unreal. Teenagers working alone and in charge of a store is a bad idea.

Store closes at 8, i was there at 7:40. The associate was so cold to me. She was just being a jerk like a 16 year old teen. Bruh, you're working at a store, its not your store so try to be calm.

They have cute stuff but customer service is horrible. Called to put something on hold and when I got there, it wasn’t even put aside and was sold out of it. I wasted a whole trip. I’m so frustrated and disappointed at the staff.

I was forced to leave the store and unable to shop because Call It Spring does not accept medical exemptions for masks. The employee was so rude to me and treated me so poorly. I purchased elsewhere and will never support this company again as they discriminate and segregate customers based on medical conditions. Extremely disappointed as I used to spend a lot of money here.

Sales associate was friendly and helpful at first. She went to the back to get a shoe size for me and then just kind of left me there.The shoes I tried on didn’t fit so I grabbed two other pairs I’d wanted to try as well. I waited for at least 10 minutes for the sales associate to come back..She was at the counter talked with another sales associate and someone that came into the store who I assume was their friend.After waiting for long enough I decided to leave and purchased shoes from the bay instead.Usually when you’re trying on shoes, the sales associate will come back to check on you and see if the shoes fit or if you need a different size but I guess they don’t do that here.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give negative!! Will only refund to original method of payment but if cash you may not get your cash back. Never buy a gift there, impossible to deal with. Customer service is a joke!! Disappointed is an understatement.
