This branch is awful. Completely empty inside yet nobody answers the phone when you call. 2 week wait to see a financial advisor? I have never even had to book an appointment before. Seems like all the abundance of new customers take presidence over lifelong CIBC customers. Definitely time to change branches, maybe time to change banks all together. After calling the branch several times with no answer I went in and was told to call the 1800 line. Thanks a lot. Please note every other CIBC branch in Barrie has a 2 star rating on Google. Take your business elsewhere. Save yourself frustration.

Worst bank in Barrie by far. Services are never completed properly and staff is always as unhelpful as humanly possible in correcting errors. This is the second time I’ve been incorrectly charged because of a mistake on CIBC’s behalf. Will be taking my business elsewhere once the money is back in my account. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere, literally anywhere, else.

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach someone on their general line. Not a single person at the branch is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service!!!

Trying to close my deceased parents Visa card and have the last visa bill forwarded to my home address but the will did not state that I am the executor because all the executors are deceased so no one helped me. I was sent here by three different people that work at CIBC very unknowledgeable if you were on your deathbed, close your accounts before you die and tell your survivors not to deposit there inheritance at CIBC they suck !!RBC is more empathetic expressed their condolences to me unlike the yahoos at CIBC
