I raised a concern with the manager regarding inconsistent refrigerator temperatures, as higher-end beer was kept colder while other units were warmer. I was given conflicting explanations—first a sealant issue, then that temperatures were set by corporate and could not be changed. This raised concern not only about product consistency but also about food safety, as improper refrigeration can affect the safe storage of perishable items. When I asked for clarification, I was asked to leave the store in front of customers despite remaining respectful and non-confrontational.

I have been a regular customer here for a while, but my experience has become increasingly uncomfortable due to one staff member who repeatedly asks intrusive questions about my personal life and finances. This behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional, especially toward loyal customers. I come to this store for the products, not to discuss private matters with staff. Respecting customers’ privacy should be a basic standard, and I hope management addresses this issue so others do not have the same experience. I will have to next time report you to the cops directly thats my last warning. Creep

a service station that doesn't offer the use of washrooms is in a service station absolutely horrible location. you should use another gas station or circle k

I went in to buy 2 red bull and a package of Starburst, which has a shelf price of 5.29. The item scanned at register for 5.99. I let the clerk know, and he simply gave me back 70 cents. I told him the difference was more because of tax and he refused. He said he is not responsible for tax. He then refunded me the full purchase and was then refusing to sell me anything. I asked, nicely, if he would see the difference using a calculator. Nope. I did but the drinks and I asked him to key in the 5.29 + tax for the Starburst. Nope. I will be contacting CK headquarters in the morning and the consumer protection board as this is criminal.

I am a regular here. But I’m no longer going to shop here. The newer young lady who’s on day shifts has made fun of me three times now in an embarrassing way.
First time I was buying my favourite Indian snack and she brought the owner over to ask me how to pronounce it while they both mocked me in front of the entire store. They kept laughing and mocking me and wouldn’t bag my item. It was shocking all because I don’t share their language knowledge.
The second time was today where she gave me the wrong change and then proclaimed that “your math sucks so bad”, even though she was in the wrong.
I’ve always appreciated Sam and his kindness, but he’s lost control of his ship. And it sucks because this store used to be so good.
As a First Nations person, I’ve never felt so embarrassed shopping somewhere as I did here.

These people were so rude it was mind boggling. I was trying tp get a fountain drink and the machine wasn't working properly so I let it run and tried to see if it gets better. The guy grabbed my cup and ripped it from my hands well screaming get out of the store. I have never seen such an insane over reaction in my life. When I trued to explain the him I was trying to get it to work he just kept screaming get out and grabbed the phone. Not once letting me even talk or explain. I am shocked they hire such horrible people I even asked for the manager or a time I could reach him and that'd when the guy behind the counter went into ultra baby mode. I wonder if they know how rude and unhelpful there staff is.

Worst experience. I was at the gas station on September 13th in the evening at 6:00 PM. There was a problem with the pump, so I tried to get help, but the person inside didn't bother to answer the intercom. I tried several times, but he kept declining my requests. In the end, I was charged twice and am now waiting for a refund. Add on, the pump's printer didn't print my receipt because there was no paper in it.

Very bad experience. One of indian guy who worked at night(2024.07.15) very unprofessional person. Very bad service. He doesn't have knowledge about customer caring. I don't like to go again.

Terrible customer service all together. I had coupons for a product which I had made a complaint to the producer of product. Turns out it was probably this stores "get what we give you and screw off attitude"The products I complained about came from this store.According the the owners those coupons I received in the mail from Unilever who has the Ben and Jerry's rights in Canada were fake and made up. Further I went to buy something and get cash back. Nope not allowed. So I took out a 20 out of their machine (23.15 with charges.)And they complain at me the owner didn't give them a proper float for the change I wanted. All I asked for was quarters and they had quarters but wouldn't give them to me.....Where's macs milk?? Where's the real owners. What is this???Here's an idea. Just go to anywhere else. Like absolutely wherever u can find. This place is just relying on gas traffic and the crack heads they allow to circle their store k?

Had the misfortune of needing to use the washroom. Young lady who refilled the tissue was pleasent however the washroom itself was disgusting. I would have left if I wasn't desperate. Filthy walls, fecal matter on the floor. Needs a deep clean several times a day. Doesn't take long to keep a washroom that size clean. Reflects badly on the store and staff.
