Was there last night and saw this, the door was locked and had to wait nearly 15 min, and then had to leave, Very dissapointing. This is actually not the first time. I have seen that before too , there were several cars waiting oitside, really poor staff.

Just went to buy cigarettes and the guy “accidentally” double scanned them, then while I wasn’t paying attention he changed the cigarettes to “vype Epod” which was five dollars more. I noticed and he got offended and questioned me when I asked about it. Pretty suspicious behaviour.

Just went there. Had to use the washroom but this guy said they don’t have a washroom for public. Was gonna buy some stuff too but left without buying anything. I hate that some of these stores directly say no to the bathroom use just because they don’t wanna go through the hassle of cleaning them. Disappointed.

Been using this store since it opened and have dealt with very rude people over the years but today I am done. Tried to return a carton of milk that had been leaking all over my fridge and they act like u are trying to scam them. Told me they don't do returns on milk even though I have returned sour milk there before... told him how long I had been coming there and all I wanted was it replaced. What is going on with these small businesses? I will never never go back

Been there on several occasions manager is rude to a point where I will never go in again always on his cell phone talking away never a thank you never a good morning he has zero customer service. Went in one night to do the max lottery young kid serving knew nothing how to work the lottery machine I had to take my ticket to shoppers on big bay point at least they had someone there who could work a machine and this is a Friday night . This manager needs more training on customer service I to am in retail and knows what customer service is all about . Maybe I should be serving customers and then you will see your profits rise.

Been here 2 times in the last 2 weeks been told I have to buy more than what I want so the can have change for me now keep in mind both times where around $28 and they had no change for me and insist that I buy more from them. I just want down to the gas station and got the same stuff for 3$ differentials oh well they will never see any money from me
