Shouldn’t allow unregistered service dog into the store that’s taking advantage of stores policy gotta start questioning ppl if it’s a service dog cuz it’s not they shouldn’t allow bringing their pets inside when it says “only service animals “ is allowed not all pets unless u like ppl taking advantage of ur store policy u got a policy follow it.

I’ve never had such rude customer service from a store in a long while. Sam the manager was ignorant and argumentative. Dollarama needs to really look into who they make as a manager. I worked for Dollarama as an isle owner for many years. If I had talked to a customer like she did I would have been let go. Remember Sam we pay your salary.

The can opener that was sold didn't work not even once! Just bought it and used it for the first time and it broke into pieces without even breaking the tin of the can!
Went right back to the store and the MANAGER in there would just say no refunds or exchanges and that this junk should not be sold! Couldn't use it once! I have to pay for crap, and gaslighting!

BS store 0.91cents listed price for candy and then charging $3.50 for it. When asked lady to check price outside of cash line up told price check only available at checkout. B.S. unacceptable.i can see why Costco does better these days

I was in this store today, their was a lineup of 7 or more, and 1 cashier and 2 employees on the side laughing and just gossiping, people could here them, them being the manager and a preah, we were waiting and the woman in front of us asked why such a line up, when their is 3 behind the counter, they both went off on her like nobody's business, laughing at her,looking at each other confirming to keep laughing and being disgustingly ignorant. My son and I had enough of it and said something about the way they both were acting, miss tattoos all over her neck, aka manager is just ignorant and clearly is in a position that she can't handle, once she opens her mouth. Then preah, needs to be fired, she talks with such disrespect laughing at customers, I can't believe that mouth, Then they go to leave from behind the counter and pass us and continue to laugh and be ignorant. This store must be desperate to keep those 2. Unbelievable & disgusting service.

Generally have everything I need when I go in there. Prices are really starting to get out of control maybe its time for a rebranding to used to be a buck.
