“A nice store that is a little too organized, to the point it gets confusing. The layout of the store and where things are located is extremely confusing. You will find different types of canned tomatoes from the same company in 4 different aisles instead of being placed in one spot near each other. Their stuff is also a little pricier compared to other no name stores like no frills. However, their bakery section usually has some good deals near closing time each day”
“This isn't specific to this store but Best Buy in general. My wife ordered a Apple Watch Series 11 and when we received the package someone during shipping had cut the tape pulled out one side of the cardboard box, stole the Apple watch and band and put the box back together. We put in a claim with the shipper FedEx but they denied it, so basically we are out $621 after tax; very disappointed. Won't be ordering any thing else online from Best Buy if this is what we can expect. UPDATE: Best Buy reached out and after a couple weeks of investigation they refunded the price of the Apple Watch. We appreciate very much that they made this right even though it wasn't directly their fault. Thank you again.”

“I came in to price out a phone plan and the staff were very helpful. I ended up buying a new phone (from another retailer) and Best Buy Express set up everything for me and dealt with a number transfer. Main guy helping was Chainpreet and when I came in for the eSIM once I had the new phone, Sean helped me. Both were awesome and went above and beyond.”
