Even though it's so conveniently close to home I still fill up @ Ultramar down the street because gas is cheaper. It's a gas station & convenience store. Very handy, but the prices on items inside the Circle K are inaccurate & intentionally over priced. I don't like being scammed, be aware!. It's also quite loud at times @ early hours in the morning...

Horrible experience here at the gas station the price dropped 2 cents just before I pre paid at my pump, going inside the store to pay and after going to fill up the price dropped on the sign outside and after filling up i went in the store and asked the gentleman why would he not tell me if the gas price was going to drop, he simply replied it randomly drops and adjusts, really? Working at a gas station you don't know the times it drops? Simply he said theres nothing he can do about it, I will not spend my money here anymore for my weekly fill up ill go to the pioneer and petro nearby from now on, this gas station really scams people like that is very low

The gas station has trouble with the pumps sometimes it won’t take your bank card, and other, you can buy a car wash with your gas they try their best to keep the gas full for their station they do run out but they are fast with getting more for all the customers,

Beware
I used the Esso Circle K gas bar on Friday Jan 3, 2025 around 8 pm in Barrie, on the corner is Anne st and Dunlop, I taped my card for fuel the transaction was cancelled because I took to long trying to scan my optimum card, I then inserted my card got $30 in gas. I checked my bank account and I was charged the $250.00 for the cancelled transaction followed with my $30.00 transaction. I went in the store the man said I would get the $250.00 back since I didn’t get that in gas I only got $30.00 worth. I called my bank Scotia said it can take 3 days, I called Esso head office in Toronto the lady told me it can take up to 7 business days and if I don’t get it back in 7 business days I have to call and file a complaint…… this is ridiculous! don’t use tap at the gas stations. I’m going to contact CTV news about this!
