About FedEx Ship Centre
The FedEx Ship Centre provides excellent customer service with staff who consistently go above and beyond. Employees are described as attentive, polite, kind, and patient. They work diligently to find solutions for customers, such as locating packages without tracking numbers by searching the warehouse or coordinating with drivers to retrieve parcels quickly. Staff members are noted for their proactive communication, including calling customers directly to resolve delivery issues and providing direct contact lines for easier follow-up. The team's efforts turn difficult situations around, creating a positive experience. Customers emphasize that the staff's outstanding and amazing service makes the world a little easier and kinder. It is advised that visitors should not rely solely on certain mapping services for directions, as they may point to an old location.

Large FedEx truck depot with compact customer service location (package drop off) tucked into the East side of the building. Adjacent to large parking lot. Only one customer vehicle entrance from Harvie Road. No traffic lights, minimal roadside signage. Easy to miss the entrance when driving on Harvie Road.
