I have purchased 7 Canada flags from Amazon since May 2021. I fly 2 flags on poles, one in the backyard and the other in the front. They do not last as described by your company. I have been giving your company the benefit of the doubt. They rip along where the red meets the white. They are very poor quality. Surprised that this is your quality level.

Bought the 6 foot Flags Unlimited pole and flag kit from Canadian Tire. Brilliant pole design that allows free spinning of the flag so it doesn’t get wrapped around the pole. Well thought out. Hats off to Flags Unlimited!

I got my son to order me a new flag from the Duraknit Collection; and it's already frayed at the top outer edge after only 2 months. I bought a 90"x45" and it obviously had a manufacturing defect with stitching. Spent over $100 with shipping for something not even worth the money. I purchased from this company because it said in the description made for high wind areas and the Canadian climate. Also said made from material that resists fraying. I was sadly very disappointed and am now looking at a replacement flag from Canadiana Flags for next season; as I've heard good things and they are manufactured in Canada
Thankfully Sonya from Flags Unlimited saw my review and called me to rectify this issue. I'm very pleased to say that she was very professional and a great customer service representative for the company. She went above and beyond to have the corners box stitched to prevent fraying again. I won't be putting up the replacement flag until next year now; so I'm praying that box stitching the corners will correct the fraying issue. I did suggest at the time of our conversation; that they should do box stitch the corners in all their flags. Quality and longevity is very important when we're spending this kind of money on a flag.

If you need a flag, of any size or any purpose, they have it or will make it, and they're Canadian. Nothing not to love.

Absolutely useless from start to finish. I ordered 2 simple flags for an event for my company. Confirmed the date we would need them for. Spent a whole week of phone calls and emails to establish a simple design (format one word to the right). Then when that was finally done on the day I was supposed to pick them up (the day before) they didn’t return my call but emailed to say they hadn’t even started them and it would be another week. Nothing in over 2 weeks since I paid for them and not even a refund yet. This whole company seems ready for the trash can.

Fantastic staff and product. They made an amazing banner for the Barrie Garden Club’s 150th Anniversary celebration with a removable portion which makes the banner multi purpose. Now we have a beautiful, durable banner that we will proudly display at all our events for years to come. Thank you so much.

So, spring is here and it’s time to put up a new flag. This time I went with Flags Unlimited, a Canadian manufacturer - from Barry Ontario. Seems particularly appropriate to buy local in this situation: a Canadian flag manufactured in Canada. I just got delivery and it’s made of sturdy fabric and has a double stitched seem. It’s also properly dimensioned for a Canadian flag unlike those I’ve previously purchased that were made elsewhere . Very happy with this purchase. 👍

I have bought Flags Unlimited flags for the past few years with limited success. They tend to rip after 3 or 4 months of use and we do not live in very windy area. Have found that ordering Canadian flags from a company in Britain have a much better quality flag which lasts for about 1 year and cost a lot less than these Canadian made flags.Kind of sad when you have to order a Canadian flag from a different country in order to get a decent product.

Have tried all flag products and have not had one last >5months. For the cost I would expect better durability and longevity. Will source less expensive flags, with the expectation of replacing in the same period of time. Want to buy locally but “tapping out” on Flags Unlimited.I will be in Barrie tomorrow around 11:30 and will drop off at the store. In all cases the leading edge frays, not knowing the technology in making of a flag, but would think this is an area to investigate strengthening to increase durability.

As their name suggests, there is truly no limit to what flags this company can make.

Wonderful, prompt and courteous service. We are delighted with our flag; it is flying happily at our home on Lasqueti Island off the west coast of B.C. Thanks again very much! Frank Buffam
