Really really helpful. I called to check stock and the employee was super friendly, helpful and found what I was looking for, offered to put it aside. When I arrived I was greeted by a hello. The store was pretty busy, and clean. I checked out some other games and then went to the counter to pick up my reserved one. Highly recommended. Much better than best buy or Walmart etc.

The game Stop in the South end is amazing
I am closer to the one at Georgian Mall but it's worth it to drive to the south end.

Worse experience I've had at a Gamestop. Waiting in line behind lady at register. Guy walks right past me. Then the employee behind the counter stops talking to the other employees and greets him after ignoring me. The customer asked if there was any Pokemon, the employee said these are the last packs we got. Then proceeds to sell the 4 packs leaving nothing for myself who was waiting in line with no help offered.
Will not be returning and will be contacting management.

Horrible communication skills woman behind the counter is very dismissive and doesn’t want to answer any questions or the phone for that matter called multiple times got to the store no one in the store so I called once in the store and she let it ring and ring no intentions on answering call, the older man there is just angry stating he wished he would get fired not a very welcoming group at this location would recommend the one at the mall across town

Great staff. I even made a blunder of forgetting a release date for the new Donkey Kong game and they were super nice about my mistake in asking! Great manager as well since he was out at the front desk for assistance and knew everything about the store for stocking and related release dates. Official photos are also outdated as the building now looks incredible from the outside.

Went in for some card stuff my son wanted. I had no idea what I was looking for.
The 2 workers were having a long discussion about an assistant manager job coming up and how they didn't wanna go for it because they want a manager job.
Didn't wanna but in and was waiting for them to finish.
Another customer came into the store and they immediately dropped the convo and greeted them and asked if they needed help.

Went for the Nintendo switch 2 midnight launch. Staff were very professional, organized and enthusiastic about the event!

When you have employees like Taylor and Kristie you deserve a 5 star review. Outstanding customer service! they go above and beyond all the time for me and my family and friends. I Will always be a customer aslong as these 2 Outstanding employees are with the company!

I went in tonight to purchase a PS5 game (used) with my two children. Store as clean, neat, and organized great. My two children had made their way over to the pokemon section at the front by the cash.
My son then started to speak to one of the young clerks working there and I was taken aback at how kind, thoughtful and engaging he was with my son as they talked Pokemon and all the different cards and YouTubers they enjoy. It really was thoughtful and kind which seems rarer to see these days.
We finished with the young man giving each of my children a Mario patch as I cashed out.
I thought this kind of customer service was wonderful and was really kind. Kudos to you who made these kids night and showed me how awesome the staff here are at this GameStop.

Terrible store and staff and manager. Made up a in store limit which there not allowed to do. Don't shop there.

This gamestop is my go to gamestop. The staff here are great and actually pulled threw on my pre order of prismatic evolutions etbs that I ordered. My son's joy to seeing there Christmas present finally come home was an incredible moment to witness. They pulled an umbreon sir and a espeon masterball. The look on there faces was priceless.
Love the fact they did preorders and were so organized. Thank you thank you thank you

Just had the best experience at this store! Taylor and the other staff are all incredible! They helped us make our son's birthday something he'll never forget! GameStop especially this location will have our business indefinitely! 🙂 🙂
