I used this company for a residential bin last month because I used them a couple of years ago, and it went well.Same this time.Bin arrived when I asked and left when I asked.Had to make an additional call to get my invoice sent to me, but no big deal.

The drivers are punctual and capable. The pricing is dishonest and secretive.Marty told us the price for a bin rental was $150, then an additional $95 per ton.He then proceeded to charge us $423.75 a flat rate fee per bin, which he never told us was an option. He never provided measured weights for the bins he collected even though we requested them repeatedly.When he charged us the same amount for a bin that was only 1/8 full as he did for a full bin, we asked him for bin weights and for the price based on what he told us originally. Instead of providing any information, he reversed the credit card charge and sent an invoice that was more than double what he previously charged for the full bins. He also refused to provide the weights.In order to avoid a protracted fight, we paid him the flat rate, which was his goal.We strongly recommend you AVOID Marty and Guaranteed Services and find a more honest and transparent company to deal with.

We had the opportunity to use Guaranteed Services recently and they were amazing!
