I would rather shop at any other H&M over this Barrie location even if it means longer drive times. Or shop on line for that matter rather than shop at this location. Staff are unprofessional

Needed some new dress clothes for an event, I was dreading spending $200 on a shirt and pants,
My friend recommended h&m and I spent 1/2 the price for nice quality clothing

H&M offers a great selection of kids' clothing that's both stylish and affordable. From everyday basics to trendy seasonal pieces, their kids' line features fun prints, comfortable fabrics, and practical designs that hold up well to daily wear. I especially appreciate how often they rotate collections there’s always something new and cute to check out. Sizing is generally true-to-fit, and the quality is impressive for the price point. Their organic cotton options and conscious collection are a nice bonus for parents who want more sustainable choices. Whether it's back-to-school shopping or picking up a few pieces for playdates, H&M has become one of my go-to spots for children's clothes.
Also, customer service could be better. While it’s not awful, it can be hard to find assistance on the floor, especially during busier times. Staff are polite when approached, but they don’t always seem eager to help or knowledgeable about stock availability. Checkout lines can sometimes be slow, and self-checkout options aren't always working smoothly.

My wife bought a pair of pants for an event and they forgot to take the security tag off. Mistakes happen however I had to drive from out of town to have it removed, so I inquired about compensation for the inconvenience. I was denied since I didn't have their app (I never shop there personally) to apply a coupon. Uh, ok, thanks I guess?

Bought my daughter a coat today because the sign over the coat said they were on sale. Got charged full price. Told by customer service that that coat wasn't included in promo.... but it was the coat under the sign. Not other styles. Very deceptive.

Giving 1 star for today’s service… I took my time to find a few items I loved and specific sizes. Left a few hanging by the fitting room entrance while I was trying on the second round. I specifically said I am not taking this items but I will buy this ones and left them separated. When I was done, went outside and nothing was left. All my time wasted and was not able to find the items / sizes around the store. Thank youuuu for that! ?
