A special thank you to the wonderful photographer who went above and beyond by not only providing excellent service but also stepping outside the store to assist my wife. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made our day so much easier, and we truly appreciated the personal attention.

I was fumbling around trying to match the hardware, when Nasir came over and said, " you look like you need some help". What a perfect gentleman. He was so helpful, and so friendly. “I'm into Warhammer 40k models and this is the only place I've found in Barrie that has a full and complete range of hobby supplies. They unfortunately do not have the 40k models themselves, but that's okay. I usually order them direct from Games Workshop anyway. Ideal Hobbies has everything else I need though!
Also the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you're lucky you will get to meet Gregory, who's a very good dog!”
“Best place to stop for all your diy projects. You can buy knitting, crochet wool and needles as well . You can also buy photo frames or do custom framing. I can't describe everything but it's our favourite place. You can always get coupons from Michaels.ca .”

“We were visiting Barrie to check out stores like this and this was by far the best one. Amazing service and a huge selection. I purchased a carnage figure that was in the cabinet and they took the time to carefully pack it up in the original box for me. Definitely recommend this store”
