The Estee Lauder makeup counter is one of my go to places.Staff are amazing and helpful. We also found great prices on men's shirts.

The woman at the mac kiosk is impersonal and seemed annoyed I was looking at the makeup.
Better to just go to Sephora as they want to colour match you and the price is literally the same.

Always helpful sales staff and easy to do exchanges. As of June 2021, they have renovated, and the store layout is much better, along with having a central checkout. Updated even more as of 2023 with a Furniture and bed section as well!

Had a lovely time getting assistance at the fragrance counter by the amazing employee Effie. My fiancé and I were selecting our wedding scents and she took great care of us while narrowing down scents! Would highly recommended anyone who’s looking for their wedding perfumes to visit this location <3

Hudson Bay used to be my go to place but now they don't open until 11 am. I am a person that gets up early and 11 am. Is not my cup of tea. My previous rating was 5 star.

The Bay has improved a lot since I previously visited the store about five years prior. The staff are a lot friendlier, there are a great selection of products, and the prices are better as of late.
The lady that served my girlfriend and I today was very pleasant and happy to help. It looks like we'll be visiting The Bay more often going forward.
