“Awesome people to deal with. Walked in there today off the street to get a part removed from an old watch. No appointment but they took my info and said it would be 20 minutes. 15 Minutes later the lady pops her head out of the door to say it was all done. When I asked how much she just smiled. Thank you very much my 97 YO mother in law will appreciate it immensly. We will be in touch to get the Grandfather Clock looked at. Awesome customer service! Try them you will not be disappointed.”

“We had our 2-year-old daughter’s ears pierced this week, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I was so impressed — our daughter didn’t even cry!
There were three wonderful ladies assisting us (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names), and they were incredibly patient, professional, and so gentle with our little girl. One of the employees even stayed past her working hours just to make sure everything was done properly — such dedication!
They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure our daughter (and we as parents) were comfortable and confident the entire time. Their care and attention to detail were exceptional.
