“Excellent customer service. The lady who assisted us was exceptionally professional. We got our watch strap resized, new battery and we even picked up a new leather wristband as well. Surprisingly good selection. We were really happy with our experience. The store also has a good selection of timepieces from grandfather clocks to analog alarm clocks and wristwatches. Very good advice. You don’t get service like this anymore, we really appreciated it, and highly recommend this place.”

“This past Saturday, while visiting my mother-in-law, she wanted to buy my daughter a ring for her 16th birthday. My daughter had chosen a ring she loved at Pandora, but it wasn’t available in her size in-store or online. We were told other locations were showing the ring in stock, but when I asked if they could call to place one on hold, the associate refused.
We then went to Michael Hill, intending to find a similar ring. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything similar but when the associate realized my daughter had her heart set on the original, she went above and beyond—looking up the ring, calling multiple Pandora locations, locating one in stock, and having it placed on hold for us.
That level of customer service made all the difference in our experience. Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, I can confidently say that Michael Hill will be my first stop the next time I’m shopping for jewelry.”

“Had an AMAZING experience with the Barrie Pandora today! I needed to exchange earrings purchased from a different store, and live 4 hours away - they agreed to hold the earrings for me until next week, and will do the exchange so I don't have any extra money to pay and can get the earrings I originally purchased.
