Katrina was wonderful, and gave me a very warm welcome when I entered the store. With a big smile, she answered all my inquiries, what products and services and seem to me to be very knowledgeable. Katrina is someone I refer a family member or a friend to knowing that they would be taken care of.

I visited there for looking ipad and after some time the guy with specs and long hair came and said if you dont want anything just go give from there.His behaviour was not good and he talk rudely.

Today me and my friend visited georgian mall branch of jump+ and one of the guy with specs and long hair talked rudely to us and said, if you don’t need anything just go out. This is not the way a customer should be treated. His behaviour was’nt good with us. Please make sure he is not there again. We are customers and this is not the way customer is treated.

Me and my friends went there but the behaviour of staaf was not good.The guy with specs and having long hair said if you don’t need anything just go from there.We are customers so he wants to know that how to behave with the customers.

Came in today seeking advice for an iPhone that was not charging. Nathan provided us with amazing customer service and easily fixed the issue while also giving advice on what to do should anything like that happen again.Thank you for being a tech wizard, we appreciate you ! :)

Shockingly unresponsive to msgs and calls, wouldn’t waste time here, drive to Newmarket, Apple Store there is 100 times better, nicer and more responsive.

Disastrous experience. Was told it would take 4 hours for repair, ended up taking 7. Every time we came back they kept telling us “30 more minutes”, “30 more minutes”, resulted in us waiting around the mall for 3 extra hours.. When the phone was finally repaired I got home only to realize they did not give me my SIM card back with the phone. At this point it’s 8:45 PM and they close at 9, had to rush across the city before they closed to pick up the SIM card. All they offered was a screen protector for the 5 hours of inconvenience

I took my MacBook to Jump+ due to issues with powering it on. However, I observed that the service leaned more towards sales, steering me towards purchasing a new laptop instead. This left me feeling quite uneasy. I appreciate the diagnosis of the issue, (a service that I paid for), but I've opted to have it repaired elsewhere at a more favorable price.

Please stay away! Nobody here is qualified let alone knowledgeable about carrier services nor Apple products itself, they just read and say highlight points that I could’ve figured out if I just looked at the demo.Here’s my true to the bone story on a lovely Friday evening.Came in to purchase 2 products an Apple Watch and an iPhone thru my Carrier. I knew what I wanted going into the store, as I had done my research prior to visiting this location.Was greeted by Cat, whom was very hyper and energetic at first, kept getting distracted by other customers and loud noises, wasn’t really focused on me more so the products they wanted to sell on top of the 2 devices I wanted through my carrier.She pulls me up to the front where I got to meet the store manager, who was eager and happy and heard that I was doing two activations. Nonetheless they took my ID and credit card than proceeded to ask me questions, like who’s the device for…where are you from? Than after taking my identification and credit card, after fully verifying me through my own phone (sent a text to my phone)Cat came to me and said that she found a discrepancy which she had deemed herself to be not normal (ie. “your license says Scarborough, but you told me earlier your from Toronto”) which made no sense, but I didn’t want to have to explain that it’s the same place LMAOEspecially since It didn’t matter since I am an authorized user on my account regardless even if this person doesn’t know their own Canadian geography, I wasn’t going to teach them.Then Cat kept giving excuses as to why they couldn’t proceed, “head office” said no, when I asked why? Her response was “I don’t know they aren’t able to verify you” EVEN THOUGH SHE TEXTED ME AND VERIFIED THAT ITS ME, HAS MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND CREDIT FOR 20 MIN IN THE BACK!Long story short they refused service with no reason, discriminated me in public with a bunch of customers. I literally walked around the corner and went to the freedom location and they just did an iPhone activation in 15 minutes, just not the watch cause they didn’t have it in stock.Please stay away from this company and this store specifically. The store manager was racist, and discriminated with no valid reason. I get it if they thought I seemed sketchy but in all honesty he just kept blubbering and trying to find an excuse as to why they couldn’t sell it to me, after 5 minutes of a calm and brief discussion he just gave up after my factual responses and said “we are declining service to you at this store, and told me to leave otherwise they will contact the mall security” with no appropriate aggravation given from my side.Embarrassed and belittled I left.I just wanted an Apple Watch lmao ?Go to freedom kiosk, RAJ is a G, even walked by with the bag and the store manager gave me a thumbs up. RIDICULOUS.

We were very well cared for today when going in for some service on my phone. I cannot thank everyone enough! The staff were extremely organized, friendly and professional making sure everyone was cared for in a timely manner and aware of wait times. They went above and beyond and helped restore my phone after thinking I would loose everything.I watched as they handled each customer with such care and professionalism. I want to thank nathan and cat for all of their help and friendly conversation. They were excellent at juggling the rushhour with a huge smile on their face, professional mannerism and problem solving skills.❤️ If I ever need help again I know where to go❤️
