First purchase ever at Leon's and it won't be our last. Quality furniture, delivery crew were great, on time and very helpful BUT the best part of our puchase was our sales lady Priya. Priya was very helpful and professional . She expidited our delivery and kept in touch with us through out the entire process. Priya has a wonderful disposition and made our purchase enjoyable. If you are looking for furniture in the Barrie store ask for her you won't be disappointed

Denise from Léon was able to answer my questions about the mattress I wanted to buy. She was efficient and very kind to me due to the fact that I am French speaking. My English is limited and she remained courteous and patient in order to understand me well.
My mattress was delivered the next morning and the delivery went well. We know in real time what our delivery status is.

Ordered a sectional July 28, 2024. Received a call October 15 that is was finally available.
Finally, today, they deliver...half a sectional...
No accountability - attempts to blame staff - and we still don't have a full couch. Unacceptable and terrible customer service.
Update: funny that the response says it was resolved when we have no confirmation of when the other side of our couch will arrive, nor any financial restitution for now having to moss TWO days of work due to their lack of preparation.
This is not resolved and you should be calling us, not the other way around.

Mike was our salesman he actually explained us the difference when choosing out mattress which was much appreciated. He service and patience were on point will recommend any to ask for him when at Leon's.
The delivery men was on time with the tracker and was pleasant when they arrived..
