This was on my "Want to go" list and I did to check it out... It's in Barrie so it will be a nice drive up here but will be hell driving up and back in the summer months... The other store/online warehouse is in Orillia and I wonder if has the same things for sale or is it different?
They have lots things to see here. Most items are opened box and probably why it's discounted and there are is some that are new and not opened. You can find kitchen appliances including fridges and stoves, bathroom stuff, living room and gardening tools. Also some recreation equipment, bikes and exercise equipment. Office equipment including printers and home theatre systems. LED lights, shoes and clothing (not a lot name brand clothing).
I would think you might not buy much the first time but at least you will know where you can get a few things cheaper and come back. Well... That was my plan to do and know howich I would spend..
Check it out if you have some spare time to explore like I did!!!

So many great finds here. You need to have a bit of time to look because it’s a huge store but I’ve found Steve Madden boots that I normally pay $120 for $35!! I’ve also bought Birkenstocks, clothes and bedding. Great place to do your Christmas shopping. Winners type clothing and a wide variety of merchandise! They now have raybans even for a fraction of the retail price.

I recently visited Liquidation Nation, and it was an incredible experience! The store is packed with a wide variety of items at unbeatable prices. From electronics to home goods, I found so many hidden gems that I couldn’t resist. Whether you’re hunting for deals or just love discovering unique items, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back to see what I can find!

It's a tiktok famous location that got me interested in giving it a shot. I arrived and had a pretty bumpy ride on my way in as their parking lot is filled with holes. The site itself is pretty big, with lots of things to look at so bring a water bottle and maybe a fan since it gets pretty hot in there. Also, bring your glasses as finding pricing on many items is difficult with small price tags or some even missing completely.
You can find things like kitchen utensils, furniture, bikes, kid toys, containers, electronics, clothes, camping equipment and even kayaks. Many of these items can be found at Costco but for about 10% to 20% more than Liquidation Nation. At that pricing, I wouldn't suggest buying from as you would be losing out on Costco's warranty and generous return policy, plus half of these items are opened already, which makes me think many of these items are returned items to Costco. Since many of these items are final sale, you run a risk for only 20% discount. Also, you are finding older models of things. I once bought a kayak for about 40% off but it was missing some pieces, but the staff members told me it was a very rare deal to find, which I haven't been able to see any thing close to that since then.
Ultimately, if you got time to kill and feel like walking around and seeing if you can find an exceptional deal (which is rare), then it's worth giving it a shot.

Not very well organized and WAYYY too hot in there. I don’t know how the staff stands it. The Orillia location is much better.

Heard of people talking about this place, went out of my way and was vastly disappointed. Open boxes, huge mess at retail prices. Shop wise know your prices, I did and didn't buy anything. A note to Liquidation Nation LOWER YOUR PRICES if you want to move product.

OPEN EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY!!!
Bought a Coleman tent shade today for $160. We got the last one on the shelf except the floor model. We took it home and set it up to find a huge rip in the canvas. So we packed it back up and took it back to the store less than an hour later to exchange for a useable one. They didn’t have any except the floor model. We offered to take it down ourselves and take it in exchange for our ripped one. We asked politely several times if we could just have the floor model. If you don’t have any left to sell you don’t need the floor one anyway. Employees called the manager and asked if we could have it. Manager said no and that we could only have store credit. Literally one hour later we can’t have a refund? If you’re refusing to sell me the only one left I should get a refund. We will never shop at this store again. If you are shopping there…open everything. Unpack your items right there in the store to make sure it’s not damaged broken or full of moldy water. We found a shade tent similar that we considered purchasing instead but when we unzipped it, disgusting smelly water poured out and the canvas was moldy. Buyer beware!!

Poor business practices. Didn’t follow through on agreed upon sale. Wasted both our time.
