Had gone to this mechanic quite a few times in the past with good service. Last time I went there, i expressed that i believed the fuel injector wiring was having issues, as my check engine light and EPC light was on. I was told by the owner who runs the shop that they checked the wiring and it was fine. Only for me to continue to have problems - took it to the dealership and it was the fuel injector harness. I had multiple fees from multiple visits only for them not to check or repair the issue i had stated. Extremely disappointed, was a repeat customer and will not be going back.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for the past 5 years. Best mechanic experience, the owner always informs me of the issues, provides his recommendations for prioritizing maintenance and is always patient in explaining optional preventative maintenance. Highly recommended!

Peter, Barry and their team are the best mechanics that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Can't say enough nice things about them. My AC stopped working this year, because I transport my mother with dementia/ Alzheimer’s and a Pace maker to all her doctors appointments and VON I need to get it fixed fast. Looked up the reviews online and brought in in today. Told it’s a compressor 2300. I bought insurance when I bought the Van last year knowing how important the AC is for my terminally ill mother. The garage called me and after telling them I have insurance they refused to honour it because they don’t like the company I have insurance through. It’s their right, looks like they just want the cash and right this second. Called insurance they have quite a few places that will want to with them directly. I’ll review the places willing to help me out on Monday. They believe they can fix it the same day so It should be all good for my moms medical appointments on Thursday

I called to find out the value of a part and the attendant told me that he needed to see the car to give the value. He made an appointment for me for 5 days later just to see the car. When I called him again to ask about the part, he thought I was looking for a price and canceled my appointment without even telling me. and When I called him again he was super rude to me and said that I was wasting his time and even said that he had canceled my appointment. In other words, I would arrive there 5 days later and I would no longer have my schedule or the part on my car that needed to be replaced. He was unprofessional and rude. Simply devastated by the type of service they offer. I called another place and got the part replaced the same day. I do not recommend.

I've had my vehicle serviced by Master Mechanic twice now, both times it was an early drop off, quick diagnostic, and same day pickup.

Took my truck there for a routine engine oil change. After getting it back I started hearing this ticking noise coming from the engine. Took it back to master mechanic Barrie west where they kept it for 2 days and kept telling me they couldn’t hear a thing. Picked it back up, immediately hear this obvious ticking noise. Take it to another local mechanic and he diagnoses it in 30mins. Now I’m not blaming master mechanic for this issue but the fact they “couldnt hear it” is mind boggling to me and makes no sense. Won’t be returningEDIT: I returned there with the same issue after being advised to do so by another mechanic, despite my poor review, Barry has been giving me an enormous amount of his very busy schedule me to try to get to the bottom of the issue with my truck. He’s been cordial, helpful and fair, even offering free of charge services. My issue isn’t resolved yet but I believe Barrie is doing all he can to get to the bottom of it, and that I appreciate. If and when the problem is fixed I’d feel comfortable giving 5 stars

Just started bringing my cars to master mechanic barrie west and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences. The team there is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing is great, and always fixed right the first time. Definitely recommended
