That was important, I'm because I was in a big hurry (although I didn't tell her that) Back in February she also helped me decide on a new mask and the recommendation was spot on. “Top-notch customer engagement and super at what they do. I tried 5 different stores in London, but they were all only open M-F, 9-5, so if you are retired or unemployed, these are the shops you go to. Only one was open on Saturday, but with reduced hours and half the staff and it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment...absolutely a waste of time. Then I found FPM Solutions, who returned my call the same day I called, set up a Zoom call first thing the next morning, and in 25 minutes we were done. The huge surprise is that my new APAP machine arrived at my house the next day! Talk about perfect customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this place to buy a CPAP machine. They have called me three times within the first week and a half to ensure everything is running smoothly and to see if I had any questions! “I was struggling with getting tue equipment needed time keep me mobile and independant. Home Care refusedto assist in getting me what was needed and refused to cooperate with me or my Drs. After almost 6 months of fighting I contacted Superior to go privately.family was willing to pay for the assessment it if meant getting me my life back.

Nathan, as a vendor and not an assessors was amazing. He listened to my needs and we went over everything available to me. He them spoke with home care OTs to get me what I needed although they kept telling me it was not available or pretended they didnt even know what we were talking about.

Although home care continued to attempt to delay or not fill forms correctly, he got it done. Even though he went on vacation during this time it took just over a month for me to get all my mobilty devices. A wheelchair, a motorized companion and a walker were delivered which changed my life dramatically. I can now function within my home and yard and actually leavey home and participate in life. My services dog is also extremely happy and is relentless with alerting me that she needs to go for a run. Walks are no longer fun now that mommy has a zoomie chair. She hates wearing her vest and collars under normal.circumstances but now brings me her leash or drops ot on the chair while nudging it with her nose.”

“I had my CPAP setup appointment with Jyothi at Medigas Brampton today and she was fantastic. As a complete beginner with severe sleep apnea, I had a lot of questions and concerns.
