I have been to medigas twice now, first for my initial cpap purchase and set up, and the second time for an upgraded mask. Jacqueline was so great the first time that I requested to work with her the second time as well. She offered amazing service, great instructions, answered all of my questions, and was overall extremely friendly and helpful. She made something that could have been very stressful very stress free. I would recommend working with Jacqueline for anyone who has to visit Medigas.

I have yet to have a good customer service experience here. Staff are almost argumentative with you when you are explaining the troubles you’re having.

I dread going to Medigas in Barrie, they give you the wrong product, they are so secretive. No prices on anything in the store and they don’t really want to tell you until they have almost rung it in. Prices for masks are twice or more what you would pay for one elsewhere such as amazon. Just not a friendly store to deal with.

I always have a very positive experience every time I come into the Barrie location. I have been helped by Victoria on several occasions and am very impressed by her knowledge base, and how she makes the process fast and easy.

I have been to Medigas on several occasions as I'm struggling with my CPAP therapy since I've had surgery. I have dealt with Jacqueline who has gone above and beyond to help me adjust. I exchanged my mask recently and Jacqueline made a few changes to my CPAP machine, answered all my questions patiently and told me to come back and see her if I needed further help. She genuinely cares and it has been wonderful dealing with her. She is truly dedicated to helping people.

I came in feeling rather negative about getting set up with a CPAP but Victoria was so wonderful and genuine. She explained everything to the point that I left feeling much more positive about the situation than when I arrived. Thank you Victoria for all of your guidance, you were wonderful!

I was in your location in Barrie today to returning a cpap mask I purchased in Newmarket. The person I interacted with had not customer relations skills and treated me disrespectfully. I replaced the item that I returned and was not permitted to open the product on site to confirm it was the right thing. When I got home and opened the product it was not right. I need to replace my cpap machine in the next few months and will not use your company.

I went in for an appointment to the Barrie location .
My appointment was for 2pm by 2.30 I was still waiting while the staff decided to have a birthday party, then I noticed the person I had my appointment with, come out of her office and look directly at me not even an acknowledgement and she proceeded to attend the party . So I left .
Then she had the cheek to call me a few weeks later to say how sorry she was that I had to leave for an emergency and when I explained why I left she hung up on me .

I was recently was fitted for, and purchased, a new CPAP machine. Being new to the experience, I had limited knowledge and was somewhat apprehensive, but Jacqueline at Medigas was fantastic. She took the time to walk me through all options and explain all the pertinent details. Thank you Jacqueline and Medigas for making the experience a positive one!

I visited the 431 Bayview Drive location today seeking some assistance with a patient that was struggling financially to be able to replace his CPAP mask/headgear, and Jacqueline K. did not hesitate to help. She was so kind and generous. I was able to drop off his new equipment and he was so grateful.
Thank you Jacqueline! It just goes to show that there are still good people in the world!

I just purchased a new CPAP machine after having my old one for 10 year. I was treated with courtesy and respect. No question was too dumb. I was helped to download an app to inform me about my sleep. The machines now have more features than my old one. I was well educated when I left. I used to use my old machine sporadically, but after meeting with the representative today, I am going to be using my machine regularly.
