I brought in my Nana’s wedding rings and asked them to redesign them for my own! Bev was phenomenal! I showed her pictures of what I liked and she took it from there. She showed me an example they had in store that was similar to what I was looking for and walked me through everything they could do. In the end I got the ring that I had envisioned for a great price and am so happy they were able to make it out of the original gold and diamonds from the rings I brought in… and they did it all in only 5 weeks! The BEST place for custom jewellery, hands down!

We went to Metzger's Jewelry with a dream and they made it a reality. Metzger's brought in several gems for us to choose from and once we made our decision we then designed my wife's pendant around it. The finished product is just what we imagined and my wife could not be happier. I requested a custom piece of jewellery, with a few thoughts in mind but I was looking for ideas. Bev listened carefully, did research to follow up, and created several designs for me to choose from. Beverly worked with us every step of the way and we are incredibly happy with the result. We had some diamonds and a design in mind, and Metzger's made it happen. Other jewelers in Barrie put up barriers from the onset which left us going elsewhere for other opinions. We visited 3 other places in total but left each time with those negative feelings, and then found this gem of a place. Look no further. Our design was for an engagement ring which we will both look at fondly forever and have warm reminders of the service at Metzger's. Thanks Beverly

Thank you Bev, Mike and staff for the fabulous job done on my jewelry pieces. I had two rings resized and they came back looking brand new. I also had a ring made to accommodate a stone I had inherited. It turned out absolutely stunning. They have incredible taste, and are so knowledgeable. They are the best in their field!!

My experience with Metzger's started approximately 1 year ago. I purchased what I would consider a very expensive and complex diamond engagement ring and wedding band. I did not make this original purchase from Metzger's however I did approach them to size this complex ring set. Even thought the ring set was not one of theirs they treated both my finance and myself with the highest level of respect and customer service. Mike was very thorough and forth coming sighting the risks and challenges of what need to be done to ensure that we were full educated. Mike did the work and the ring set came back fitting perfectly and looking amazing, and with his level of craftmanship and skill avoided all the potential risks. It was at this point we new that we had found our jeweler. My fiancé went on to buy my wedding band there as well as my cuff links as a gift 8 months prior to our wedding, they were both great!! As luck would have it 1 week before the wedding I went to try the ring on again and I had gotten fat.... lol. We went back to se Mike and ask for help. As it turned out we needed to order a 1/2 size bigger ring, with just days before the wedding Mike made arrangements to have the ring shipped directly to our venue the day of the wedding!! In addition to this he loaned us a stand-in ring incase something happened with shipping of the new one. His service was like none I have received in the past, and it was all conducted with his respectful, calm and kind demeaner. We will be life long customers of Metzger's Jewelry. My fiancé and I came in to get our wedding bands, and had the most amazing experience. Mikes kindness, and attention to detail was immaculate! He offered genuine suggestions and recommendations, and we both left with our dream wedding bands. We will definitely planning on going back for any future jewelry needs! Strongly recommend :)
