Samantha the store manager was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond when my kid lost her tooth in the middle of a purchase and was crying from the shock. She talked her into calmness and gave her a bag for her tooth. That experience will always remain as a beautiful gift. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I felt some discrimination On my appearance At the store, the Ladies really didn’t seem like they wanted helping me looked at me like I had no money based on my appearance ,I came in to purchase a watch after looking at it a few days ago the gentleman told me he would be able to give me a good $400 discount I came back a few days later I was told he wasn’t in and I asked if they can do anything she said she was the manager!! and there’s nothing she can do the sale was over!! didn’t really seem like she care to help me out , I came back to the mall the next day to purchase some thing from another store walked by and seen the gentleman was working I asked him if he can give me the same deal as he offered a few days ago he said sure he can!! So I purchased the watch from him, not sure why the ladies especially the manager couldn’t offer me that same deal he did Lol , I felt brushed off and discriminated against based on the way I was dressed ,Not very Good customer service at all! from her , I also gave a survey through email Michael Hill sent me And also got no feedback from them They were supposed to have someone call me, I won’t be shopping at Anymore Michael Hill stores

Samantha the store Manager is amazing to deal with. Her knowledge and eye for detail made the shopping experience a ten star. She was helpful and was not one of those high pressure sales people. She took her time and walked us through every step of your engagement ring purchase.I have been back to buy more jewelry since and I have recommended her and her staff to many of my friends.Store is spotless, everyone is greeted with a smile and given time to browseMicheal Hill Barrie all the way ❤️

My incredible husband surprised me with an outstanding and stunning ring from Michael Hill in Barrie. He dealt with Samantha the store manager. He raved about all the time she spent helping him pick out the perfect Christmas gift. Although I had no idea he was upgrading my ring , I could not be any happier with his choice. I recommend anyone to go see Samantha.I went back 2 weeks after I got mine and upgraded my husbands ring as well. Such a wonderful experience. Great customer service which seems hard to find these days. 5 stars all around ! Keep up the great work !

I purchased several pieces of jewelry from the Barrie store for my wife at Christmas and again in May for our anniversary. Their customer service is great at point of sale, but customer service after the sale is horrible. When I was promised that the manager would talk to me on the phone, messages were being relayed from the manager through the associate. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Love their products, but I will purchase through another location going forward.

My experience at Michael Hill today has been my most seamless covid Experience yet. I was helped over the phone by Debbie and the other ladies, they were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. They explained the process of purchasing and picking up curbside extremely well. I am overly happy with the customer service, and will come back to Michael Hill for my future jewelry needs. I went in and figured go big or go home, when Samantha found out my girlfriends ring size...... now listen to this folks ..... believe or not ..... Samantha told me the ring would over power her size five finger.....What? An honest jewler not trying to up sell you the biggest ring in the store .... this can't beThe experience was not stressful at all,it was relaxing and exciting.No pressure sales was a pleasant experienceHer knowledge of their product and her ability to find the perfect for her finger was outstandingHappy wife (to be) happy lifeTen out of ten people.... go see Samantha

Last week (early August 2020) I went in to purchase a special gift for my beautiful wife of 37 years. 37 years is not necessarily a big mile-stone however she deserved something special. Patrick L was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He quickly understood what I was looking for and started to show me some nice things within my budget. We eventually ended up looking at something in the Micheal Hillʻs Brilliance collection and he showed me a beautiful diamond bracelet which I purchased. My wife simply loves it. Iʻve been in sales for over 30 years and I must say I was very impressed with the store and the staff...especially Patrick. If you are looking for something special by all means go and see Patrick. You wonʻt be disappointed.

Horrible place, dont ever bother going here specially if you are looking for something for a special occasion. I called in regards to specific ring for a special occasion, and the associate (Patrick) said they didnt have in stock but that he could have it delivered to his by the next day. I called the next day and I was told he wasnt in. I waited until Thursday since he hadn't returned my call an he said the ring was still not there but it would be in next day for sure. I needed the ring for Friday and he knew that when we first spoke on Monday. I never heard from him all day and he finally decided to call me and leave a message on Saturday 2 pm to apologize for not calling on Friday because he had a major headache and was not at work.Very unprofessional and they do not put their costumers first.If I were Michael Hill,I would get rid of him and find someone else who would do a better job
