Called today November 26 2024 at 1020am asked how much to install a muffler on my car gave year make lady said we have a free muffler inspection I can get you in today I told her I don't need an inspection I just want my muffler changed can you do it or not and she hung up the phone on me. Thought that was rude and ignorant I didn't go

Technician Chris H. did an excellent complete brake job on my wife's 2012 Hyundai Accent. As a senior I've had him do the brakes on about 3 previous cars. He has always done an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.

Quick efficient, friendly professional service for last-minute peace of mind.
Late on a Friday night. The rear of my car was making a strange noise which caused us concern as we are going on a road trip the following Monday. Trying to find last-minute Service is always a challenge I found the local Midas had online appointments and one available for first thing Saturday morning. I made an appointment and was extremely pleased to receive a phone call at 805 AM asking me to bring my car in.
John at Midas diagnosed the issue and reassured me there was no safety issue with my vehicle. He steered me back to some work that was previously done at another service centre which was still under warranty, saving me significant dollars to fix an issue that had me concerned about using my car
John assured me my car was safe to operate in the meantime. The charge was minimal and the service was exceptional. I think I have my new forever service center. Thank you John and I’ll see you on my next visit .

Definitely my go to garage for .... everything auto. It's not easy to find a garage you can completely trust.
The staff are very friendly, patient and thorough. Very respectful, no hard sales.
I brought my vehicle here the other day for tires. Ended up leaving with tires, right front bearing, and alignment. I knew the right side felt off. The technician found the issue without me mentioning it. Provided options, and now the van drives much better. Completely satisfied.

Can’t say nothing but good things about this location. I came in last minute with my 2 year old, the front sales staff kept her entertained. The tech were amazing. They picked up new tires from another location, installed and did a 4 wheel alignment all in an hour. If I lived in Barrie I would definitely trust them with my car needs.

My experience with Midas on Mapleview has always been excellent as they care about providing a high standard of service with complete professionalism. They will openly tell you what your vehicle needs and what the cost is and how long it will take them to complete, always delivering on what they committed originally.
Every visit is professional and repairs are made in a timely manner and within the quote they provide.
