Cyber monday and 16 in line resulted in over a 2hr wait, great paging services though.Would be great if I could have set everything up over the phone when it was my turn and then gone in to grab the phone when the set up was mostly complete instead of having to drive back to the store to do the whole thing face to face as I know it takes a long time to set up, especially if it's multiple devices.”

“Had to switch cell providers on my family's phones and did it on Black Friday to get the best deals. Rashmeet knew all the options from the providers and ran through the best plans and discounts with me, including buying a new phone.He set up 4 devices , and when there was an issue with one of the numbers changing over he stayed in contact until it was resolved the next day. Excellent service for sure and I would recommend anyone who needs a new plan or phone to go to Rashmeet.”

Imak wanted 160$ plus taxes for service and screen and here they did for 50$ cash the work and i got my part before hand (alliexpress) ... they are an honest indian family owner !!! They have lots of parts also with good prices ... Better and easier to talk with them first ... A+++”

“Had a great experience switching my phone plan from Koodo to Fido. Went into Telus/koodo to try to get my plan switched but the employee working was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Went to Fido and Mikey helped right away and quickly got everything switched over with more perks than the original plan, he was very helpful and nice, he got the job done and I hardly had to do anything.”
