I recently went in to switch phone providers from virgin mobile to fido and there was a slight issue switching over from virgins end of things and the employee Michael stayed 45 minutes past his shift in order to make sure everything was working good before I left thanks again to fidos amazing employees!!!!

Went in on my 45 minute lunch break to urgently replace my phone I had broken that morning. Ivanna was so great and helpful and made it so easy and set up everything I had asked for and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy more then what I signed up for which I always feel like happens in phone stores.
