Interesting and unique store with an east asian flair. Think of it as a Chinese made Japanese dollar store. Lots of Japanese inspired made in China items with reasonable prices. Quality looks ok, as far as you get what you pay for. Plenty of cute things. This store is similar to Miniso, which is a copy of a truer Japanese dollar store Daiso.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Awful customer service and the manager of the store was outright rude and speaking to us as if we were stupid. Constantly repeating the same thing over and over again. Went to return a fan that didn’t even work upon opening. We were told that the fan was damaged and because it was past 2 weeks we couldn’t get a return/exchange. The fan wasn’t even used and we were never told the return policy. Manager had to have repeated “that’s our store policy” like 8 times over and was insinuating that we were the ones who broke the fan. We understood that we were past the 2 weeks but still the situation was handled horribly by the manager. Highly recommend avoiding the store at all costs, 1. Because of the bad quality of the products and 2. Because of the awful management.

DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS! I bought a portable/personal fan, it worked less than 5 minutes (just enough to prove it works in store) and since then won’t turn on and won’t charge. The fan appears to be held together with glue instead of screws so it’s impossible to take apart and fix. Also the store has a no return or exchange policy which is like they know their products won’t last. Go shop at a legit Miniso (at least you have 7 days to return/exchange) instead of the copycat Mumuso.

Worst experience I’ve ever had shopping in a retail store. Went in to get an exchange for a bag that i bought earlier this week and showed them my receipt. Store manager was repeating the same sentence sorry this is our policy , this is our policy after certain period we don’t accept exchanges or returns. I asked him how is long is your certain period and he didn’t know the answer.I told him, the cashier that served me didn’t tell me about any period, the manager replied you could have read the policy written on our desk.Ok sir, but I didn’t even notice you had any policy written here until now. And he replied ya its in bold letters you can read it.Me and my friend started reading it, and found out their written policy period is not similar to what manager was saying. He kept changing his statement from 24 hours to next business day to week. He literally didn’t know about what to say next so he said our policies got changed this month.I am sorry i don’t care when your policy changes or anything but you are not suppose to misguide your customers and disrespect them. This is not something we as a customer deserve. Very disappointed.

Will give Zero star if I could because of its return/exchange policy.Bought a Plush Toy in store, went back about half an hour later to exchange to another toy. Was told no return no exchange! It was printed on the receipt but who will be able to know it before you paid and get your receipt? No sign instore and no notice from cashier when.eck out.Store manager kept saying it’s store policy, but no explanation why customer was not notified before or during payment.It’s cheating the customers.Just a few words regarding the owner’s reply:I finally realized it’s my fault that I did not check all the the signs in store. My bad. Just to remind other customers that Mumuso may have some policies somewhere in store, and you need to search every sign and read carefully. No staff is going to notice you.The next, I did not ask the cashier if there is any different policy Mumuso has than others, my fault. Again, remind other customers that Mumuso staff will process your purchase only, they are not responsible to explain their policy even though it’s not common.The third, I would like to remind others if it’s your first visit to Mumuso, be sure you can predict what will be printed on the receipt before making a payment because no one will inform you beforehand.The last, as a customer I should never request a exchange within half an hour after paidThanks again for such a great lesson!

I went here a few days ago with a friend, and the layout was clean and neat. The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and the products were so cute!
