The staff is always professional and kind. I wish they had a bigger section of boys clothes (18-24 months). Seems that they always have more girls than boys. I find the women's clothes are always picked over in sizes, but maybe I am just not quick enough to grab the new releases. The sales are usually pretty good. I do enjoy shopping online and they always make returns flawless and effortless.

Went in this morning. Place was dead. Showed employee photo of an item. She instantly says it’s online only. I’ve been into many others that had it in store. She didn’t give a crap to even try or moved from spot she was standing in. I informed her they are sold in store. I walked away. She then calls out they are all sold out. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail environment, and I will never step foot in this location again. You don’t wanna work in customer service get a new job. Truly pathetic.

I got amazing customer service from the store.Three people helped me out.Figure out my gift card that I had to do online before using the gift card and it was complicated. They really helped me out and took their time to find a solution even though I was having a really bad day. I would definitely recommend my friends and everybody to go to dislocation They take the time to figure out what you need and to help you. It's really hard to find good customer service now days. Thank you once again Patricia, Olga and GIanmarco. You did an amazing job and I really appreciate it.
