I have been with this pharmacy for over 20 years! The past 3 years the customer service has really declined, I have been trying to move medications for over 3 weeks now to a different pharmacy, they have called asking and I have as well and they have yet to do so. I shouldn’t have to explain my reasons multiple times. Nor should I even have to give an explanation, it is not ok to hold someones medications! Im currently in need of a renewal and I dont want them to do it! But its like they’re holding them hostage! So unprofessional.

My family and I have been with this pharmacy since I was a little kid but the staff is horrible and me and my family and my kids and my mom are trying to switch over to another pharmacy and they are holding our file to be switched over to another pharmacy, Julie is the rudest person we have dealt with and we only stayed a because of Mark but we are tired of not getting our meds that has been sitting in your drawer for almost a month I would not recommend this pharmacy at all they will tell you that your meds will be on delivery when they don’t put it on delivery, so do yourself a favour and find a different pharmacy
And Julie needs to be fired because she is rude and she told off our new pharmacy and our new pharmacy had a lot of complaints about this pharmacy and if our file is not switched over, we will be contacting our police that is recommended by our new pharmacy

Staff is very helpful and friendly and will not make You wait too long and have a beautiful store with great prices I would not go anywhere else

I live close to several pharmacies but I choose to use the Allandale Pharmasave because of Mark, owner, and his staff. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They never 'guess' at your medical needs. If necessary, Mark will consult my profile to recommend any drug or dosage. He will do this even for minor OTC drugs. I feel very confident having my medical needs with them.

I just went to drop off a package for Purolator and the older woman working behind the counter. I’ve been here before, and I thought maybe it was just an off day for her, but she is the rudest angriest most unhappy woman, and should not be working behind the counter.

My parents have always used this pharmacy. When it became necessary to help them with their medical needs, I met the lovely, kind and considerate people at Allandale Pharmasave. And they became my pharmacy of choice. They know everyone by first name. Their attentiveness and professionalism are excellent.

Everytime I call in a prescription they will charge for a full prescription but never drop it all off. When I call back I get multiple excuses, and have to wait several days for it to be corrected.
