Wayne or one of his team was always available to discuss and answer questions. The tradesmen were courteous, respectful and always on time. I would say 99% left my property clean every single day. Mike, the site supervisor, always checked in and responded when I reached out. Norm visited the site most mornings. The timeframe we agreed on was adhered to and work was actually completed ahead of schedule. Even after work was done, they were available for guidance. It has now been 6 weeks since completion and they are coordinating some trades to do minor adjustments I would recommend Wayne and his team in a heartbeat.
