I like the store its clean easy to move around usally has what I am looking for ..
The loyalty program is a waste of time with loop holes and absurd policies..don't waste your time with the points and when you call the customer service you get a cookie cutter answer..I asked for a managerI was told they were on lunch they would have someone call me back and 72 hours later still no response ...I will go back to my previous pharmacy their loyalty programs don't me jump through hoops to use my points

Today I went to Rexall located on Essa Road in Barrie. I'm really disappointed that I changed my usual pharmacy, which is located in the north, for this location since I changed addresses... At first, the service in the pharmacy area was excellent, but then they changed my prescription due to a lack of stock without even letting me know about the change. For a moment, I thought it was the doctor's decision, but it was only due to a lack of stock. This has caused a severe allergic reaction. I went to talk to them, and the person who attended me, Nathan Chang, said aggressively that they didn't have in stock what the doctor sent and that's why they changed it. He told me that if I want, I can go and look for it at another pharmacy. That was his solution???It's ridiculous when you need to manage another prescription. Terrible experience... Stay away from this kind of service.

I’ve been going to the Essa Rd Rexall for years because of the personal costumer service! From Linda in the front to the pharmacist team at the back! Nathan, Brandon, Kelly and Joanne are amazing! They always greet people with kindness and by name. The best Drug Store in Barrie and the surrounding area.

I just started going to this Pharmacy and this is my second time to pick up a prescription . I am absolutely amazed at the great service the Pharmacists provide here. They are so helpful and actually acknowledge you when you are picking up or waiting in line. I'm not use to this KIND, Courteous customer service from my "usual" pharmacy. Rexall is not exactly in my neighbourhood, but let me tell you, it is WORTH the little extra drive just to be treated in this fashion. What a GEM!!!!!!!

I went here with my friend, and we walked straight to the make up aisle. We started walking around the store and realized one of the people that worked there were following us. We went to nails and looked at them after we finished. We went back to the make up aisle. The man still following us. I was trying to find Liptint when he approached us and said, “I know you stole something. I’m going to have to ask you to leave” We turned to him and said” what I didn’t steal anything” He kept saying that we’re gonna have to leave Because we apparently stole something, even though we never did I told him that I was just trying to find the liptint, and I never stole anything, and I even had to empty out my pockets to prove it?!? but he still said that we stole something and asked us to leave. He said that he was the manager of the place, and now we are going to have to leave. I said can I at least get my liptint and he said sure but then leave right after as another worker was very very nice. Two girl workers both working clearance or cash. They were really nice to me as the guy made an announcement saying all security go all exit like we were going to rob the place??? I ended up getting my liptint and I ended up leaving the place really pissed.. my friends have also said that they’ve had Similar problem with the same person. So if your not a kid you won’t have a problem but if you are get ready to be blamed

my smart watch and iphone set the alarm off and other time my card kept getting declined at
the self sever one of the staff was claiming it was not the watch and iphone i had to show them i had nothing in my pockets same staff member told me to leave after my card got declined instead of letting me pay at the cash register i wont be going to them again

I have been recently coming to rexall more often then I usually would ever and have to say the customer service here is excellent!! Harish the manager I believe is absolutely amazing to his customers and so welcoming. Thank you for your time and help today and to the staff for the kindness always! Great job and great place to shop :)

My husband went to pick up medication because I went for an emergency operation yesterday. The pharmacists assistant was extremely rude and judegmental. The assistant accused my husband of being a drug addit and assuming he would sell my prescription. She judge based on his appearance and race. She turned around and advised there was safety concerns. While not once did they call me to confirm, instead they were complete unprofessional to my husband. We will NEVER use this pharmacy again

Obviously have very poor security. Managed to get scammed out of a gift card that was purchased from this place as a wedding gift. GET BETTER SECURITY or don’t sell gift cards. Very disappointing that you let stuff like this happen.
