I walked around for 10 minutes, and noone came to help, so i asked for help and waited for someone to come, and again no one came over. There were 2 girls standing at the back talking to each other. Totally disappointed

Went into Sephora to get products for my wedding make-up, and needed a lot of help as I know very little in this department but wanted VERY LIGHT make-up. Jessi helped me out and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She took the time to understand my goals and help me figure out what was important. I can't remember a time I had such incredible customer service from a retail store. I'd recommend Jessi to anyone who needs make-up advice!

Honestly, this store is so unprofessional and lacks hospitality. I was there yesterday and like me there was alot of crowd but the staff was just staring at people and not offering to help.
I saw many people struggle because when they asked girls to help they would not offer help. They would pass on duties for someone else to come and help.
When I went to the counter and she asked me if someone helped me i said no but she gave no importance to that.
This store have just become useless. The south location is so much better because all staff there greets you and helps you.
Dont go to the store in north if you want good service and assistance.

I went in to get my make-up done for my first Pride. I had no inspiration pictures, I just asked for something colourful. Tia was so great, she created this gorgeous rainbow eye that complimented my eye shape and just looked so beautiful. She would also ask me for my input, how I thought it was going or if I had any complaints. Everything was perfect! These photos don’t even do it justice.

Everyone in this store is always so helpful! Abi went above and beyond to help me find the products I needed, checking the back for stock and she was super knowledgeable! Give that girl a raise!
