This is literally the BEST Sephora i’ve been to (and i’ve been to….quite a few lol). When they first opened I was stoked about the location and convenience , but over the past few years i’ve grown to love coming here just for the atmosphere. The staff that work here are genuinely super nice, and don’t seem to just pretending. Someone is there to help no matter the questions I have or what i’m browsing for. I specifically love how clean they keep it, and how nicely stocked and up to date with new trends and promotions! This Sephora is KILLING IT!

I just want to say thank you so much to Jesse for being so incredible and for helping me find my perfect perfume today! She made the experience so much fun and I was introduced to a perfume that I never would have thought to try if it weren’t for her recommendation!

Love this location and the employees! Today was the first time coming in to this location. I had an amazing experience the two ladies helped me were really attentive and helpful in the end I got everything I wanted and they matched my skin tone perfectly!

I’ve been to this store quite a few time and staff are always so helpful however, today i went in lookinf for some very specific types of products. Victoria was the mua/ sales associate that helped me and she was unreal. Absolutely hit the nail on the head with the products and shades. I was so impressed with her product knowledge and her ability to understand exactly what I wanted. Since coming home i have tried the products she recommended and they are amazing!! plus her makeup was incredible! 10/10 for service, knowledge and customer experience

June 01/24 was my first time shopping at this location... I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Bianca as she graciously approached me with a smile and was quick to assist...she listened to my concerns and recommended a few items in cosmetics and body care.... Thank you Bianca for your expertise advice and for introducing quite a few new products.. keep smiling.. thank you

I want to preface this review by saying I have been a loyal Sephora customer before Sephora was EVER in Barrie, Gerogian mall AND Park Place. When I lived in YEG I was at the WEM location all the time. I’ve been a beauty insider for over a decade and every year I spend more than enough money to be a VIB rouge member, as I’m sure many others do too.
Upon entering the store today I was ignored which is normal at this location and totally fine with me, although a welcoming hello is always nice to hear. Well, after about 20 minutes I walked out because I felt completely uncomfortable having the security guard pace around me multiple times while I’m in one spot where I’m looking up products and texting my husband who is in the car waiting for me about how profiled I feel. Multiple associates asked if I needed help and I politely declined. For someone who has adhd and autism I would rather do my own lookups and research on the app without stumbling on my words or having to look salespeople in the eyes while I’m trying to shop as I’m sure other people are in the same situation as me. This is one of the main reasons people would rather purchase online than in store... the security guard wasn’t even around when I first walked into the store and the store was somewhat empty at the time I was there.
I will be the first person to understand that theft has increased but I’m most certainly the wrong person for a store to keep watch on. I’ll continue to just order online and just return in store like I have in the past.
The samples they have out also felt and look so grimy and disgusting. Does anyone clean or sanitize anything or do you all just get paid to hang out and talk about which customers you think are going to steal? From the reviews I’ve read, seems like I’m not the only one to notice this…

Always have great experience at this location. Everything is usually in stock. Girls are very welcoming & helpful when you need them. If you want to do your own thing, they also respect it and don’t bother you. Bianca was the employee who helped me out today, she was absolutely amazing ! Gave me the best recommendation. Highly recommend this location.
