Friendly, convenient location, professional service. New car wash!!!

Car wash is broken. I've been to this location twice and the right arm in the touchless car wash isn't working. No prewash, no soap, no heavy spray. Considering a basic wash is $15, I expect both sides of my car to get washed. Have complained - nothing done!
