Did car washing the other day and saw that the washing equipment was not functioning properly, but still I thought the car would be clean but when I came home and looked at the car it waa still dirty and i was surprised to see that it didn’t even clear the dust off my car properly. Very very disappointed and I an never washing my car there again.

Extremely disappointed. Car washes have expiry dates! Why do they need to put an expiry date on something you prepay for? I was 2 days passed the 90 days and they wouldn’t issue me a new code. They should tell you before you by them that they expire. Such a rip off.

Great custom service. They always offer you good deals on car wash. Cashiers are very polite and specially washroom is always super clean and tidy to use.

Bought a prepaid carwash card and the Staff was rude when the card wouldn't work at the carwash due to their card reader not working. I had to ask 6 cars to backup to get out of the car wash line. They would not refund the card or give me normal receipt with car wash code to use.

I am a shell regular customer and Most of the time I see sandeep there.. I see that Its a busy location all the time but she is really fast and good at handling customers.. I never have to wait there more than 2 minutes to pay for my gas or anything..Great car wash ..Best service

Typical Shell gas was highest in Barrie but it was convenient. Excellent car wash though

We stopped here for gas, but the store attendant was MIA. 3 people were standing outside the store to go in and the couple of cars that were trying to pump gas but couldn't, just drove away like we did. Bathroom breaks can cost a lot of money. Should actually have 2 people working.
