The worst gas station I've tried. Old and faulty pump machines. It was a waste of time trying two pump stations that never worked. I would never go to any Shell station again.

Every time I come here to pump gas. The pumps are never working with the CAA discount. I don’t understand it recently. I went there. I couldn’t even dispense gas and I thought I was being robbed by the gas pump because it simply wouldn’t dispense the gas. I prepaid for buyers beware do not come through here if you’re expecting any good service they straight up laugh at you.

Don't get gas here. Complaint Pimp 3 does not ask for CAA Card. Lose your 3Cents discount. Always same pump. Staff do not care.

LITERALLY TODAY AT 10:53 PM SAID THEY'RE CLOSED WHEN Y'ALL ARE FCKING OPENED 24HRS!!!! LITERALLY FAILURE AT YOUR JOB IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE INVENTORY AND CUSTOMERS COMING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING!!!! NOT LIKE I CAME AFTER 1AM!!!

The worst customer service the employee this morning argued with me that I had to prepay first when there was no indication that I had to do so. The employees are always outside and never at the counter fir customers.

Just bought a full tank of 89 oct May 28, it's bad gas. they may be using other fluids or heavily diluting with water. Definitely noticeable on a full tank.

No fluid to clean windows, squeegees broken, no paper towel… pumps are down without posted notice… attendant either sleeping early or on phone talking to someone else if/when you bring any concerns to them… don’t bother.. go up the road…
