Went to the mall specifically to stop at Soft Moc to get a pair of shoes that they had many of on the shelf. Not only did the staff (four of them standing behind the desk) have all the lights off in the store, but they just stared at us and did not help whatsoever despite me saying numerous times I needed support. I am in a wheelchair and could not reach what I needed, they basically just watched me. I was the only customer in the store and left empty handed and frustrated. Now ordering shoes online from a different store even though they had them in store. (Around 3:30 pm on April 8 2024)

Was there to purchase some shoes , they told me they did not have my size this is not the first time been there a hand full of times . The lady did not even want to help me and told me if I like they could order my size but I would have to call in and ask them . So I called in when I got home and then they told me a different story like I have to be in store to order them . Are you going to pay customers gas or give us a good discount for running back and forth because you guys don't know what you are doing .

I could not believe the treatment myself and my mother got from the " manager" of this place .Returned a pair of shoes for a refund witch was paid in cash said on the receipt they went on to give me that cash then came into an aror on their computer. Demanded I give the money back and they would give it to me on card. Witch I didn't have my card on me. And wanted the cash as I had full intent to shop in their store with it. They refused and even went as far to threaten me with police if I didn't give my cash refund back to them the manager with the last name Smith little blonde girl was so rude.Then I come to find out my cousin who got the shoes for me for Christmas when she got the shoes they were rude to her when she cashed out. This place is rediculas the management lacks proper customer service has way to much attatude to be working in a public setting I will never return to this store after the way myself my mother and my cousin was treated ! Discusting behavior to say the least

Although always busy when I am there , the staff are always super helpful in finding right sizes and friendly too.

Visited about a month and a half ago. Although they had a good amount of stock including what I was looking for I left empty handed. Walked around, took some items off the wall shelves to look at yet the two girls working there never acknowledged me, just stood behind the desk chatting. There was also a group of 4 or 5 other girls inside the front entrance who I would assume to be their friends just chatting and blocking the display tables that had the items I was looking for. I asked if I could look at something on the table and one of the girls moved all of two inches. I was there for about 15 minutes before deciding to leave without purchasing anything. I was very disappointed bc in the past I found the employees to be eager to help customers. Doubt I will go back to this location.
